This is a beautiful property in an excellent location in Oia. John was an attentive and helpful host.

The hot tub outside was not functioning. They did attempt to fix it, but without success; however, one of our nights we were able to use the hot tub outside the neighboring suite while it was unoccupied, which was nice.

Amazing stay. John was a great host, accommodating and responsive. the location was perfect. The views were breathtaking. Equal parts clean and sanitary.

Nothing noteworthy. It was trouble navigating because of how Oia’s designed. There was a beauty in navigating that within itself.

Incredible views of the sunset! Very clean and well kept room with lots of space! the property manger John and his team are very hospitable and have great knowledgeable about the area. would highly recommend this cave in Oia!

Location is perfect, as you are on the point overlooking the Caldera with a 180 degree view - with privacy as the crowds on the walkways are out of site!

The location is perfect, the most amazing view in all Oia, you can watch the sunset from the jacuzzi, the breakfast is delicious, close to restaurants & bars and George is the most amazing host, very kind and attentive. We were in our honeymoon and had an exceptional stay.

This property was beyond amazing and if you are looking to have a great view of the Santorini Sunset then go no further than the Architect's Cave House. You will have perfect private view of the sunset every night. The hosts were amazingly friendly and super helpful in arranging transportation for us and answering any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious as well, with plenty of options and it comes with so much more than just the meal, like juice, milk, fresh bread and butter & jam. Overall an amazing experience!

I have no complaints about the property or our stay. I look forward to staying at the Architect Cave house for our next trip to Greece in a year or so. You can't go wrong with this property!

The location was superb! Breakfast was good everyday 😋 George was the best!! He checked in everyday to see if we needed anything and helped with the transportation wherever and whenever we needed it.

The hand shower! We didn't like working that hard to take a shower 😕

Wow, what a beautiful place for the final stop of our honeymoon in Santorini. The view from the balcony is breathtaking with a perfect view of the sunset from the hot tub at night. George was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble to sort out, including ordering food and drinks to the balcony on our first day and sorting airport transport. we absolutely loved it here and hope we can come back in the future!

The view from the bedroom alone is absolutely breathtaking. The location of the property couldn’t be better for sunset views. The selection of breakfast followed by just how delicious everything was was really a wonderful start to the day. Location of property allows for easy access to road and also minutes away from the thick of Oias wonderful restaurant selection.

The property was in an ideal location for sunsets, shops, restaurants, and even sailing tours! The staff was amazing and so helpful! It was such a lovely location and spot to stay.

It was perfect for us as a couple! I could see that if you had kids, I probably wouldn’t stay here as there is a bit of steep ledge. But just for adults is honestly so ideal!

the manager Stathis and his crew were outstanding. They were punctual and thoughtful in their recommendations. the trip wouldn’t be as fun without their insight and great help.

Spacious and conveniently located closed to parking. Unimpeded views of sunset with a large balcony. Most importantly, it has (relatively) more privacy due to a large rooftop area that prevents higher hotel units from looking over the plunge pool and most of the balcony area, which is a huge plus given that privacy in Oia is a luxury.

Gorgeous view, EXCELLENT hosts, comfortable amenities, private suite, good location. short distance from bus stop and city center. Sunset view from private deck.

Jacuzzi temperature quite hot, not adjustable, and a bit awkward to enter/exit. Easy to get lost returning in the evening. Very very minor complaints.

The Apartment is spectacular, the breakfast is great, the bathtub had the right temp, the view is Amazing, clean. Our flight got delay and Maria verly last minute while in Athens helped us organized a late check in and Tony as a Host is everything you need when you are there, always available on Whatsapp helped us with Tips, Reservations, Wine Degustation, Maps…

Breakfast served on our patio was good quality; our dishes were even cleaned while we were out during the day. Jacuzzi cleaned every day. The view is fantastic; unobstructed and private. Our host was helpful to set up transportation; he promptly met us when we arrived to show us all the ammenities and even helped with food recommendations AND made dinner reservations for us.

The tub water was yellow; found out this was an island issue and not necessarily the room. But not necessarily pleasant.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing our stay was. We spent 3 days and nights in the Junior Suite, with outside hottub and sunset view. An amazing view, amazing cooked breakfast delivered to the door. Walking distance to everywhere whilst being a silent luxurious retreat. Stunning. The chosen location for a marriage proposal and it delivered on so many levels. Nikos was exceptional from the point where he met us, contactable on WhatsApp with any questions, help, advice... Even restaurant bookings. He was the icing on the cake to an unforgettable stay. Will remember our time here always.
