Un superbe séjour, le personnel au top, souriant et très attentif, un endroit très calme à proximité de l'océan. Nous reviendrons.

Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Un séjour très agréable, une vue magnifique sur le lac que ce soit de la chambre à la salle du restaurant. L'accueil et la gentillesse ont été vraiment un plus, que ce soit fille et maman le soir ou personnel du matin, vraiment top, souriantes, agréables et bienveillantes. Rien a redire non plus sur la propreté de l'établissement. Chambre impeccable, salle de bain rutilante et rien ne manquait pour dormir. Le restaurant est de qualité, nous y avons très bien mangé et le service est vraiment parfait. Vraiment un très bon séjour, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et recomman derons cet établissement sans problème.

Un bémol sur la promiscuité des balcons, mais c'est le bâtiment qui veut ça ! Peut être une petite séparation visuelle pour apprécier cette très belle vue sans être avec son voisin. Juste une suggestion.

Very nice hotel in a very nice location on the lake. Peacefull & quiet.

Unfortunately the Internet was a disaster. Impossible to work or watch a movie.

the view over the lake from our bedroom was perfect. It was peaceful and relaxing.

The new air con made the odd loud noise in the night. The owner said she would deal with this.

The breakfast was rather simple and not inexpensive, the position was wonderful and the staff friendly. Dinner was excellent.

The team were amazing, always warm, friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful. The food delicious. Our stay sadly coincided with unfolding Test-de-Buch forest fire disaster, so we decided to leave early as it felt inappropriate to be holidaying on under the circumstances. At no point did any of the people working at La Caravelle make us feel unwelcome, they were charming and lovely to the end, despite being as distressed by the impact of the fire on the local ecology and community as everyone else. Such amazing professionalism and kindness. Thank you for looking after us so well. I would love to come back someday in better circumstances.

Nothing from the team or hotel perspective, but it was very sad to experience the unfolding disaster of the forest fire, with the impact of human activity on such a beautiful ecology and all the animals living there. Nevertheless, we were very fortunate to be in such considerate and caring hands. Everyone gave their best to make all the guests' stays as memorable and enjoyable as possible.
