La comida del restaurante espectacular!!! El diseño que tiene el hotel, como lo remodelaron me pareció espectacular.
El precio muy elevado para la habitación que nos dieron, de hecho no coincidía con la descripción de booking, pero nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación que si estaba muy bien.

Está increíble la ubicación, la habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy amable, que este incluido el desayuno te ayuda mucho.
En realidad todo bien, pero estaría padre que la alberca estuviera climatizada porque estaba helada ni los pies te dan ganas de meter.

Everything was on point. Starting with the beautiful decor of the entire hotel and the welcome gifts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the smell of everything in the room including the body lotion was amazing. The attention to detail when it came to room cleaning was on point. The fire place made it so cozy and the snacks were delicious. Aurea from the concierge was extremely helpful in providing transportation for us to get from CDMX to the hotel. The location was also the absolute best.

La habitación muy cómoda y la tina excelente (salvó gotera en baño que nunca repararon)
Gotera en el baño que caía sobre la persona que estuviera usando el lavamanos (hasta el tercer reporte la "arreglaron" pero solo limpiaron el techo y no quedó arreglado, nunca dieron seguimiento)
El piso de la habitación estaba manchado de polvo, dando una imagen de suciedad

location is excellent and the quality of the interior is very modern and nice. the hotel is clean.
the windows what can be seen in the pictures are open to a closed patio. there is no real fresh air. what I have seen rooms only those rooms have fresh air where you can see balcony. you have to wait for your meals quite long and that you give 10 % tip is not a choice it is a requirement.

it’s well located
this hotel doesn’t have the level of service required to justify these prices. our first room was super noisy at night (some ventilation machinery going on next to it) also there is work on the roof that starts at 9am every morning which is honnestly annoying. the bar upstairs is not staffed so you always have to hunt down people to ask for anything. not impressed overall. it is a bit of a smokes and mirror hotel and needs some love.

The location was perfect just down a pedestrian only road from the main church. There was no traffic noise at night so that was a plus! The bed was like jumping into a cloud. All my family talked about the next morning was how well they slept! I even found out where they bought the pillows and sheets and purchased some when I got home.
The valet was tough for my family to find but they eventually connected with them to park the car. Other than that, everything was perfect.
