The location was the only good thing about this hotel

The shower and toilet didn’t work. There was no compensation given so I have written to booking.com

looks new and modern but he more you look at it the worst it gets. cheaply done bathroom, dirty walls and very thin doors. next to Main Street - very bad isolation. had to change room because of terrible sewers smell.

they need to renovate the painting in the rooms. the room felt humid and the towels sometimes had the same smell. the ac was kind of broken, it worked but some drops of water came out of the vents

Location was good in center of everything 1 block from 5th where all the shops ,bars and restaurants are, 2 blocks from the beach!

The room was dark the window faced to a dark hallway and was frosted it smelled of mold and not well maintained! I left on the 3rd day even though I payed for 5 nights ...i started having pulmonary issues from the mold in the room! The girl at reception was unwilling to give me a different room in all she was not helpful! I would not recommend that place !

Location was good for being central

WiFi at least in my room was awful and didn't work. Slow check-in with the guy who checked me in and then tried to get me to pay more saying I needed to pay it but then admitted it was an extra optional cost for beach access and breakfast. Won't stay again here personally. But maybe some of the other rooms have better WiFi which would of helped

the prices changes ones that you arrive and is most expensive that you expect, my room was diferente that l ask for.

The location

This was the worst stay i have ever had. We arrived and our room lock was broken so we couldn't lock our door. Why you wouldn't know a lock was broken before hand I don't know. We moved room and then the electricity in our room went out they came to fix it. 2 nights in found bed bugs in the bed as we had been bitten. Got moved to another room 4 nights in hiddeous sewage smell in the bathroom, we knew all they would do is move room. The manager didnt once try to resolve the issue,contacted Booking.com and they couldn't do anything, they couldn't even get hold of the hotel and i wasn't given any compensation. Im still waiting to hear back from the hotel regarding my complaint and Booking.com. DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!

great location,clean and neat rooms. the stuff was lovely and friendly.

the shower wasn’t closing till vacuum seal so a bit of water was sipping under the door. other than that all is amazing.

Clean and cozy room with a bathroom and air conditioning. All working properly.

First we were given a room without any window at all, we asked to change it, so we got another one with a balcony. The balcony was shared with another room, so one night there was a couple sitting there. They could see our entire room. Awkward. Also we were waken up one day by a drilling noize at 9 am. I believe they could drill something in the hotel at a bit slightly more suitable time.

the bed was big, location was very central

there is no lift to the upper floors. the bathroom is quite basic and the shower wasn’t nice. the room smelt damp. on the day of check out the staff refused to let my group use the pool or leave our bags there for a few hours.
