The very friendly and helpful staff. The girl on my check in gave some great recommendations!! The cosy room. The tea facilities in the common area. The clean Bathroom and Toilets.

The hotel disabled the option to make a WhatsApp call with their WiFi. That was very annoying since Switzerland is not in the EU and my data package is not working there. There isn't a room to leave your luggage after check out. So they let me leave it behind the Cafe's Bar... Which is not ideal (for them and for me).

Location was not the best but good, 20 min walking away from center or you can get in 10 min by tram. We really appreciate that we were welcomed with some free refreshment drinks. Receptionist lady was very friendly ! Our room was small as mentioned during reservation but very good and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was common, however you are the only person who is in the bathroom as it consist only one shower with hair dryer. Price for value was very high in Swiss standards.

the property was exactly as pictured. it was very clean and the staff was so wonderful! the shared bathroom/shower was also very clean! it’s also a quick 3 minute walk to train station

my only complaint (has nothing to do with the property but good to keep in mind)… there were very noisy people on our floor who were hollering, stomping around, slamming doors until 1:30-2am. I wonder if there would be a way to implement quiet hours? either way it’s somewhat expected in this type of stay. again nothing against the property but if it bothers you may be worth paying more at a private place/room

Lovely stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing me with a city map and guide to the area. The room was clean and well-kept, and the bed was comfortable. Good shared facilities (toilet/shower) and there was a kettle with tea/coffee available in the hallway. Stayed for breakfast downstairs and it was simply incredible. Would've loved to stay for longer!

Did not like the provided toiletries at all. I think it's a common brand in the city, but I hated the smell and the shampoo left a weird residue in my hair I could not get out. Would advise bringing your own!

Staffs are very good and friendly. The room is clean and clothes and towel are clean like new.

The washroom and bathroom are common. One has to use it with other 4 families. It was the only reason we could not like it. The room was too small. No lift.
