Staff were amazing, always available and helping out

We had to ask for toillet paper every day. No beach towels in a hotel by the beach :(

The property was really clean. They ask you to remove your slippers/shoes at the lobby. Comforters, linens, pillows are clean, they smell good. CR was clean also! Aircon works. Wifi also works. Plus, there are sockets near the bed.

They ask you to deposit 1000 pesos. Told the lady in charge that there was no mention of the deposit in app but insisted there is until I checked it again. Price for the motorcycle gas was expensive. 200 pesos for two motorcycles even though we only used them for like 3hrs. Last time I rented motorbike from another resort, it only cost me to refill the tank to full for 120pesos only and I even used that motorbike for 3 days around Moalboal. I dont want to say theyre ripping us off but it kind of feels that way. Location is also not beachfront, it’s near though. But it’s a little long of a walk if you want to go to the main hub of panagsama. For these reasons, we wont be going back there anymore. It’s good to try it once only.

Location was excellent, less than a minute from the water to swim, only a few minutes to the main area with all the restaurants but far enough away it was quiet at night! We liked the free cool water fountains on each level, very handy and saves on plastic! They arranged a canyoning tour for us very easily. The affiliated restaurant was great to have a drink at and you can swim right out the front!

The wifi was pretty patchy and there is currently a water shortage in Moalboal so expect intermittent water. This wasn’t a problem for us but others might not like it.

Location was excellent, close to beach, sardines and restaurants. Staff were exceptional looking after us at all times. The Kawasan Falls tour that was organised through hotel was incredible.

I liked everything and the people were helpful and very friendly. I would stay again

Location is perfect and the rooms were spacious and clean. The TV has Netflix which is nice when you’re feeling poorly or need some downtime. Bed is comfy and shower is hot. The AirCon units work perfectly. Water filter in the hall for complimentary top ups.

The rooms are not cleaned during your stay but I think this is common in the Philippines. We extended our stay due to being ill, our room was upgraded but we had to pay the additional cost, would’ve been nice to have received a sweetener discount seeing as the room was free. Never mind!

El baño olía mal. Había poco espacio en la habitación para guardar cosas y el armario era pequeño y estaba bastante deteriorado. Nos pidieron un depósito al entrar y me pareció poco adecuado, con una total falta de confianza en el cliente. Eso no me gustó nada.
