The dogs were so cute and friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast, the food was also very good. The rooms were so spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and luxurious. Even though there were a few negatives about the stay I would come back, the rooms were very relaxing and spacious which I wasn't expecting and the food was really good and I always looked forward to it, especially since it was included with our stay.

The start was a bit rocky because they couldn't accept card for payment at the time. We were all so tired from travelling there and just wanted to get to the room, but we had to wait in the heat for a while. The pool had a lot of bugs along the surface of the water for one of the days. There was no fan in the bathroom that I could find so it smelled bad after we used it. In my opinion the price wasn't really worth the stay, I felt that the facilities offered didn't cover the price of the stay.

Staff are very lovely, good location, peaceful, comfortable beds, pretty gardens, well-maintained.

Shower ran cold and not enough pressure to keep it going. Surprisingly unengaging owner who made no effort at all to welcome us or show any interest in us from arrival to departure- for a small business that was completely unnecessary.

Decent location, not too far from the beach but not exactly close either. Probably one of the quietest options in the area as it’s tucked away from the main road. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good.

Staff were rarely present and not as competent as expected. Wifi connection is terrible in the room.

Unfriendly to guests (the owner). We felt lied to based on the overwhelming 10 star reviews. Really disappointed with the place. No privacy, bad internet, endless rules to follow, hidding from dogs and being told how wonderful the place was. Left early to escape the property.

Breakfast was delicious. Amazing, friendly staff and cute dogs! They went above and beyond even providing a packed breakfast for our early flight home. Property was immaculate and in a great, peaceful location. We would definitely come back.

The weather was hot all 3 days during our stay, however the air conditioning was turned off during the day whilst we were out by housekeeping thus resulting in an uncomfortable hot box by night upon our return. Frustrating given the 30+ outside temperatures and given it’s not a cheap nightly rate, we would have expected this to have remained on. Shower pressure was ok, but no toiletries provided unless requested which was quite a basic touch to be missing again given the near £70 a night king superior room. All in all a fair stay but not quite as good as it could have been.

Our particular view was of the making dining area so it didn't feel private. Also the dirt road to get to the priperty needs an upgrade. Get your transpirt to the door, no good for luggage. But that's a super minor thing everything else was great. The bed and bathroom were amazing

Mix feelings about this hotel. Nice big territory with big clean swimming pool. Sufficient size rooms and bathroom. Restaurant in the hotel, which is good because you have to drive to any closest restaurant.

I was shocked to see DIRTY (with marks on it, pictures attached) BLANKET with no cover on it on our bed, after asking the to change it they brought just another blanket again with no cover. After checking in the room we were surprised to see half of the toilet roll (however it is common thing around Philippines). Hardly any water pressure, as well as it goes from super cold to hot. Overall, it was too overpriced for what it was.

everything was great! the owner helped us with every question, and on the mornings we had to wake up and leave before breakfast, they prepared a very nice breikkie for us the night before.

Nice small resort near Alona beach, very clean, safe place to spend your holiday. Very tasty restaurant, we recommend especially Berlin wurst and burger. For dogs lovers: there are also very cute dogs, they make this place even more adorable.

We were missing the bidet sprayer, and also the shower wasn't comfortable to use, with low pressure. No possibility to use iron anywhere in the resort We didn't like very strict rules...

Beautiful garden apartments with a lovely pool. The rooms are huge and very clean with lots of amenities: towels, beach towels, safe, mini bar, hair dryer etc. The bar and restaurant were lovely (bar very well stocked). The family that owns the property is lovely and the property is well located within a 10 minute walk to Alona Beach. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Alona Beach.

This resort is exceptional!!! The room is big and so clean, the bed is so comfortable and the pillows are out of this world, everything about this resort is first class and the hosts (owners) are so friendly and the staff are very attentive. We stayed here for 5 nights and it is worth every cent. It's very close to all the action but very quiet and serene when it's time to rest. At one time we didn't have time for our included breakfast and they owners offered to pack our breakfast and what a feast we had!! We were so shocked with happiness that they would even do this when they didn't have to, this goes to show that they care for everyone who stays with them and not just a number unlike the big and cold hotels. I would definitely come back here again. Thank You S and M and all the staff.

We enjoyed so much the hotel! It’s a serene place where every room is like a little villa with a view to the garden and pool. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is very spacious and the shower have hot water and good pressure. The owners are great, very sociable people!! The restaurant is amazing, with tons of delicious options. The location was a surprise, it is closer to alona beach than we thought, only 6-8 minutes walking on a straight road, while further enough to avoid the loud and busy areas.

The staff doesn’t speak English very well, but they are very nice and helpful. We booked the island hopping tour with the hotel and we didn’t enjoyed so much, because it didn’t include a guide, the crew did not spoke English and the boat ride took longer than other agencies.

We really had a wonderful stay. Whole staff is super friendly and very welcoming! Also the owner is a very helpful and nice guy. Food is delicious, rooms are clean, I can definitely recommend this place!

In general: everything. The food was of outstanding quality. The rooms are spacious and clean: most have a direct view on the beautiful pool. Bathroom is modern and clean. Working staff were all friendly, helpful and professional in there attitude. Location is quiet, garden is beautiful (and well maintained).
