I like the facilities though we didn't stay long.

A lot of miscommunication with staff and instructions. They asked for my contact details but when I asked for a point of contact I didn't get any. I also gave plenty of notice prior to arrival but still didn't receive any instructions, so had to wait outside the property for a while, trying to find a contact number via Booking.com before someone actually assisted. In addition, a damage deposit was required prior to arrival, so I requested information from staff via email for payment instructions and that was not provided. The property itself had dirty floors, my socks were stained within minutes of walking around the property. There was no parking permit available but the instructions said there would be one provided. I was forced to park 3 roads away. One of the bedroom doors had a big hole in it, leaving chips of wood on the floor when opening or closing the door. The downstairs shower doesn't drain was clogged and the upstairs shower temperature gauge doesn't respond and constantly remains piping hot so unusable too. It also would have been helpful if an extra couple of toilet rolls were provided rather than just one for each toilet. Also, some of the towels provided smelled like dirty feet and left a lingering stench on my hands so I ended up buying my own.

Unclear recycling provision-Others had placed inappropriate items. The large black outdoor bins overflowing. Refuse requires disposal more frequently.
