Hôtel très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. L’hôtel répond très vite aux messages et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Pour les bagages les infos données quant aux casiers à la gare nous ont fortement aidé. Chambre petite mais lumineuse et très propre. Je conseille.

Check-in was without having to meet someone. They wanted us to pay the city fee online. There is an elevator in the building. The room is really tiny. The room had a tiny window that led into the hallway of the house - a view of the inner staircase. The room was quiet and nothing disturbed us. Very comfortable bed. Shower with warm water, sufficient pressure. There was also a hairdryer, soap, mini shampoo and conditioner. The room had air conditioning. There is a grocery store around the corner from the accommodation and a restaurant nearby. It was suitable for an overnight stay, I recommend it.

The door to the bathroom was a little harder to open/close. The room may seem a little claustrophobic to some.

Simple room but clean, shower worked well. Practical. The codes for opening the door worked well.

A neighbour has a rooster. Be ready to wake up before 5 am.

Located in the very centre, offers everything you need for a short stay. Easy to check-in and to check-out.

Room was decorated nicely, and both room and bathroom were clean. Location (aside from the noise issue) was really great - at the top of the hill so a walk down into town for drinks or dinner, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Check in online was easy.

The noise - we had a room at the front of the property and could hear everything from the street, every passing car, every whisper, especially the drunk group stumbling home yelling at 6am. Room was also a little small, only three hangers and no drawers.

no storage for luggage when leaving , which wound have meant dragging our cases around for 7 hours with us . thankfully a nearby hotel agreed to hold our cases - a basic facility that should be available

It was not clear that the luggage storage would be elsewhere. Had I known this, I wouldnt have booked the apartment. It was stressful having to find somewhere to store my luggage. In the end I took them to Trindade station which is not too far away (a good tip, as the way there involves quite good paving and its easy to wheel a suitcase). The area around the hotel is a little run down and forlorn looking but that has little to do with the quality of accommodation, only a consideration if you want to be in the nicer part of Porto

I and my Wife loved the Decoration around the house. The room was very tidy and clean.

I have to say the shower is lovely. However I think it needs a door; when you have a shower it splashes all over the floor. it got slippery and my wife almost had an accident. Maybe like a floor mat is needed or perhaps a door.

the room was really clean and cute The Location was good and we felt safe too we got everything we needed (enough towels, shower gel and so on)

for us was everything perfect especially for the great price! But maybe some people wouldn’t like the size of the bedroom and bathroom, but we didn‘t mind since we just stayed for 2 days also there is a rooster nearby you can hear sometimes (I didn‘t heard it but my partner did, which was also not too bad for him)

The room was so perfect for our three days in Porto. The location is great because there are many restaurants near by. 5 minutes walk by a self-service laundry-mat which was great because we were traveling with very few change of clothings. The cleaning staff was able to store our bags and leave them in our room because our flight arrived at 7am and check-in wasn’t until much later in the day. We really appreciated them going above and beyond. Even though there is no front desk in the location, we felt very well treated and welcomed. Room was cleaned every day.

Local to the main attractions and the river Douro. Clean. No on-site staff but they were at the end of the when I needed them and they answered quickly. Big windows. Private bathroom

Door handle on main door: I trapped my thumb in between the handle and the other door. Painful to say the least. Not much storage space 45 minute walk from main train/ bus station

Clean, functional room. Online checkin, helpful online assistance. Actually in the downtown with many restaurants, cafe bars.

The bed is very closed to the wall that makes an extremely narrow passage to the bath and kitchen (around 25cm). Cock crowning in the neighborhood at dawn.

It is near from Cais da Ribeira and other touristic points. The bedroom is comfy and clean, the bed is comfortable.

The elevator is tight so if you come with lots of luggage you probably will need to trips.

Small but cozy, very nice location, a great option for the price

The shower was broken, door got stuck and the joints in the pipes were loose, so water was leaking.
