Um 10 ist Check-out und um 10:10 werde ich gefragt, ob ich schon raus bin. Freundlich geht anders!

Non c'era il necessario.L'acqua calda da usare con parsimonia.Ne una tovaglia per mangiare,ne tovaglioli,ne uno strofinaccio.Due rotoli di carta igienica.Neanche la macchina tradizionale per il caffè. Comunicazione solo tramite whatsapp in caso di necessità. Nessuna forma di ospitalità. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma non c'era nulla a disposizione, neanche una bustina di zucchero in caso di malore.Una struttura costosa e gelida in quanto a ospitalità. Un b. Non un b&b. Ah portatevi una federa in più da casa se volete il doppio cuscino. Quello in dotazione ne era sprovvisto e con capelli.Pessima cosa.

Atendimento muito ruim, pois não é o proprietário que atende o telefone e sim uma empresa que gerencia e eles não sabem nenhum detalhe do apartamento, pois não ficam em Bolzano . Gastamos 1 hora para pegar as chaves para estacionar o carro na garagem.
OUTRA RESERVA. Tínhamos outra reserva no mesmo apartamento para outra semana. Chegamos às 21 horas e o não tinham feito a faxina. Ligamos para o número informado e O atendimento ao telefone foi péssimo ( não nos deram assistência nenhuma no número informado e após as 21h ninguém mais atendeu, sendo que o checkin seria até 22h). Ficamos na rua até quase 23h esperando resolverem e como não tivemos resposta, arrumamos outro hotel (por conta própria) para passar a primeira noite . O Booking.com nos ofereceu outra acomodação para as outras diárias.

Sehr gute Lage, nur 200m vom Altstadtzentrum entfernt. Wohnung neurenoviert und akzeptabel ausgestattet.
Einchecken und Parken nach vorheriger Anweisung pr. Mail. Unpersönlich, aber es funktionierte. Parkprozedur doch etwas umständlich.
Wohnung wirkt steril, nicht sehr gemütlich. Unbequemes Sofa. Betten zu hart. Keinerlei Ablagen im Bad. Wohin mit dem Müll?? In der Wohnung lagen ausführliche Instruktionen, wie der Müll zu sortieren ist, aber keine Info, wo man ihn deponieren soll. Balkon völlig unbrauchbar. Grösse ca 11/2 qm mit Blick auf einen hässlichen Hinterhof. Auf diesen Balkon setzt sich niemand.
Ausserdem wurden im Hinterhof an 2 von unseren 3 Tagen Grabungsarbeiten vorgenommen. Wir wurden um 7 Uhr von Asfaltschneidemaschinen mit ohrenbetäubendem Lärm geweckt.

The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped, although some salt and pepper would have been nice, since we had to go and buy these for our short stay. The location is very good and quite central. The airco worked perfectly in the hot nights. Good value for money.
For a 5 night says, I would have expected more towels, to allow us to change towels after a couple of days.

Spacious environment, very clean and modern. Electric window shutters were great. Creative use of furniture to hide shoes and coat hanger hooks that fold.
Upon arrival, there was no complimentary tea/coffee and sugar. This would have been very nice to have, especially after a long journey. Shower drain was rather clogged, causing water buildup.

Great location!
If you are a light sleeper, this place may be difficult as only a thin door separates the apartment from another one. Neighbors were normal level of loudness and we could hear a lot of their conversation etc.

Would be helpful to offer bottled water, salt, olive oil for cooking. Right around the corner from Piazza De L’Erbbe , so many great ingredients to cook with. would be great to have some staples.

This was a self-serve studio apartment with minimal comforts. It was not clean on our arrival, though after a few phone calls to the remote/distant management company, they sent a cleaning person over. No parking. Well located to the city center for dining and grocery stores.
The second sofa bed is very small -- more of a trundle bed than a true pull out. Zero counter space in the bathroom so there was no where to put down a makeup bag. The apartment was hot--no AC to speak of. It's set up in a weird configuration like an office suite with similar apartments behind a locked door in a multi-use apartment/office building. So, no charm.

The location was prime, just in the heart of Bolzano. I had never stayed in the center which made it so easy and accessible to go to the apartment when we were tired after walking the whole day with a baby. the apartment was very spacious. Everything was sparkling clean and the code to access the apartment was super easy. the biggest plus is that it includes a parking space 5mins away which is a true treasure in Bolzano.
