Very good value overall. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and were able to speak English. Very helpful with bicycle rental. The breakfast buffet was good, not great. 15 Euros was a bit expensive for the quality. Excellent location in charming and quiet part of Bolzano. Easy walk to park l, old town, cafes bars good restaurants and supermarket. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit too small and the bedroom was really only big enough for the bed - but was ok for our needs and for 3 nights. A really simple but charming hotel with a sense of history - not a boring franchise.

At dinner The dining room was 100% full with guests on package tours! We never ate dinner at the hotel. This was a pity. Very small bathroom. 15 euros was a bit too expensive for the breakfast buffet. Bikes need some maintenance- many needed air in the tires. We tried 5 bikes before we found one that was ok.

Останавливались на одну ночь, проездом. В целом отель можно оценить положительно, за одним исключением-номера, ну очень маленькие. Хотя для отелей такого класса это скорее правило, чем исключение. Но при всем при том в номере есть все для комфортного отдыха. Номера чистые, акустика приемлемая. Персонал на стойке регистрации приветливый и доброжелательный, с радостью готовый помочь. В 70-100 метрах от гостиницы крытая парковка, что является несомненным удобством. Насчет завтрака не скажу. Но в здании гостиницы, со стороны Корсо делла Либерта есть кафе, открытое с раннего утра. Там вполне можно перехватить кофе с корнетто. До центра, прогулочным шагом минут 15-20.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel mit schönen Zimmern im Stadtteil Gries. Das Frühstück ist für Italien sehr umfangreich; abends haben wir à la Carte gegessen (Südtiroler Küche), was ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist. Das Hotel ist gut per Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach fünf Minuten erreicht man außerdem die Guntschna-Promenade, einen schönen Höhenweg mit Panoramablick. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße mit Balkon, wo es angenehm ruhig war.

Beim Frühstück war es durch eine große Reisegruppe und den entsprechenden logistischen Aufwand durch das Personal manchmal etwas unruhig.

The position is fine, not far from the centre. The rooms are clean and the staff met my requests. If you are a tourist this hotel is a good compromise.

We had no warm water and the hotel didn't propose any discount. The breakfast is fine but nothing special. To have the parking place you have to pay an extra and it was not clear from the beginning. I reserved a double with a big bed and I got the first double with 2 beds. Nobody checked in advance and I had to notice to the staff.

Convenient Location

Good breakfast. Hotel location is 15/20 minutes walk from the center of town, but the hotel offers the guests a pass for all town buses. Very clean garage and cheap. Room and bathroom very clean and no problems with our dog
