The Kitchen was stocked with all Appliances you need, incl. Freezer, which we didn't have to use during a 10 day stay. The Supermarket is just 5 min. down the road. A private car park was also provided. Smoking was allowed on the Balcony, with a standing ashtray provided. There was a problem with one of the radiators and handling of the shower head at the bathtub, which was readily fixed next day. Plenty of German Satellite TV channels and also a DVD player is at site.
The only thing I didn't like was that the outside light on the side of the house was broken and there were no streetlights, so it was very dark to walk up to the side of the house, the front was well lit.
