Loved the location. The public transport was great.

No full view mirror or storage for clothes upstairs, but the downstairs closet was nice, we just got dressed in the kitchen.

The stairs were a challenge, needed a hand rail for sure. The TV cable service was a little hard to figure out at first. TV kept going in and out & had to restart. Toilet seat needed to be fixed.

The location was just close enough to walk to the business district and distanced comfortably from the other attractions in the area. The cottage was clean, comfortable.and well equipped.

The bathroom is on the main floor while the living and bed room is upstairs which made mid night bathroom breaks a little scary.

Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the gorgeous view of the lake.

They could have better AC upstairs and a hand rail to go up and down the stairs

Beautiful little cottage, perfect for two! Close to the lake and shops, we had a wonderful time and the staff was very accommodating. We plan to come back to Saugatuk😃

Most everything about this property was great. Close to downtown, very clean, and despite other renters in other cottages on the property, it was very quiet and felt private.

There was a bit of false advertising with the availability of the hot tub available at the Hummingbird rental. Due to covid, the hot tub had to be limited to use by one cottage, but the advertising of the hot tub availability online during booking and even on the guest information card inside the unit upon arrival was not changed to reflect this. Had I not called to report the need for more water to be added to the hot tub, I would not even have been aware of this change and the shared hot tub would have been used by us without knowing about the new restrictions. The hosts were accommodating in refunding a partial fee for not being able to access the hot tub, I just wish I had know about this change up front.
