Fantastic clean modern apartment with all the amenities..
Wonderful service and location close to shops, restaurants and our family.. Highly recommend.. Will be back again.

The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and property was clean.
Lacked some kitchen equipment such as chopping board, coffee as cheap international roast.
Shower pressure was terrible.

The hotel is conveniently situated right next to a shopping complex. The train station is a 15 minute walk away and the buses stop right outside the shopping centre.
I had to make continued phone calls to the hotel to try and get my bond/deposit back. I stayed one night and they charge $300 bond. This was only returned to me a few days after I left and it took numerous phone calls to the hotel to get it back.

The room and location are good, but a 300 dollars deposit is requested when you are doing the check in (I think it is a ridiculous amount of money for a security deposit) and it has been 4 days and I have not received my money back yet, this is ridiculous! Sorry, but not staying there again!

Location is good
Staff were lovely however, second time staying here, and wasn’t impressed at all. Our room wasn’t made up properly, no towels, or soaps etc:
Hair on the pillows and under the pillows.

Great location, attached to the large Shopping plaza. We needed to be in this part of Melbourne, so
this was perfect.
The carpets in the room and in the corridors could do with a steam clean.
The pillows were too high and too firm. Suggest a mix with softer pillows in combination
with the present firm ones.

Wardrobe had alot of space.

Shoping and eating out soooo convenient and close by. Youre literlly on top of it.
So many delicious restaurants and takeaways available.
I am going to be staying there next time in Melbourne
There was a faint smell in the room but disappeared after a couple of hours with the sliding door open

I was quoted a price on Booking. Com. When I got there to pay the price was more expensive. Then they insisted on taking a bond of $300, to be repaid in 5 days. It’s now 7 days and I have not received it.
