Extremely good, something for everyone

A real bar in lounge. Very small for size of hotel 🏨

Liked the location. Only a short walk from the Monte Gordo Rotunda and Vamus Bus Stop. Modern Hotel. Front Desk Staff on evening shift was very helpfull.

The lack of information provided to non-Portuguese speaking guests. For example, when the lights in the room did not turn on, I first tried to call the Front Desk but the telephone in the room had no information dispalyed how to reach the Front Desk so I had to go down to Reception to learn that I had to insert the room access card into a plastic holder located on the left inside wall behind the entrance door. This card apparently needs to remain in that basket, even during the night, as the wall electrical outlets plugs won't charge your cell phone etc.

Room was spacious, good shower, good breakfast, good area for sun loungers. Will use again good spot:)

Hotel and Staff very friendly, but horrible, horrible breakfast with cheap products and not fresh. I would expect more from a place charging for a proper breakfast.

Breakfast was not at 4 star standard. It was adequate, but no more.

The electricity kept going off and they fixed it very quickly.

Loved the location, close to bars and restaurants. Really helpful, friendly reception staff. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options for vegans/veggies. Free parking just outside (in the winter months) you pay in the summer.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was large and had a great location, close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. There's a nice balcony off the room to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The pool area, too.

There was construction work going on in the floors above us. Pretty much non-stop from 9am to 5pm. Lots of sawing and pounding. It was hard to relax even on the outdoor balcony with the persistent noise.

We were able to get early check in and Fatima receptionist was very efficient and helpful on local area and restaurants. We had a great balcony on the top floor which was very private and a great place to sit and play cards without the fear of disturbing anyone.

The size of the bath. I am fairly short but even my feet were sticking out. It was fine and nice to have even a small bath in the room for relaxation.

Not worth the cost and definitely not a 4 🌟

Quality for money was bad. Even TV had 20 channels. In 3 days not even once they cleaned up or make the bed. There was not even a tea bag in the room. You had to pay extra for steam and sauna. Disappointing

The location and cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Margaret on evening reception shift.
