O exterior deveria estar mais cuidado, o relvado estava quase todo seco.

In one of the rooms the air conditioning doesn't work, how is it possible that they rent a place like that when they offer air conditioning?. The temperature was 32 -34 degrees (End June). We immediately informed the front desk and they just said they were going to report it, and nothing happens in 2 days!.
we tried to call the emergency contact number and they didn't answer the phone!. One day before leaving they gave us another apartment, but they did not give us the key!!! and they notified us in the evening of the day before our checkout! so clearly they didn't have good intentions!
We were given a contact phone number to talk to the management which they never answered, they only answered us once, and then we had no more answers.
You can't leave food in the kitchen!!, in a couple of hours we had the whole kitchen full of ants.
They don't even have a coffee pot in the kitchen, just basic utensils.

Our stay was amazing, was impressed with the villa and facilities, super inviting and queit atmosphere. Great for couples getaways or family trips. Staff was super helpful. Value for money. Would visit again!!!

I do like the location,
They are doing some updating, looked like a new kitchen, with new toaster, kettle, microwave and cooker but the fridge freezer was rusty, would be good to replace the fridge freezer aswell. Plus get someone in the bar/restaurant on site it used to be so good but now closed.

We were out all day watching the golf so only stayed in at night would have been nice if the bar was open but that did not spoil the week

Someone should have been at reception when we arrived, the key was under the mat but we had no idea where the villa was.
My Television did not work properly during the whole stay and nothing was done after the first complaint, very poor effort.

Vilamoura is a nice place but Prado do Golf is not. There was a good mini market in walking distance. The bath room was newly refurbished. Lots of channels on the TV but the bandwidth did not suffice in the evening after 7 pm when all guests turned on the TV.
The air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms. Not fixed in our entire stay even though complained three times and was promised it wood be fixed the next day. Kitchen facilities is a joke. The pool is dirty. Too expensive for the level of comfort.

We were expecting the restaurant to be open, but it was not a problem. The pool was lovely.

Villa was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Plenty of convenient parking.
Bistro was closed. Pool area and some of the building exteriors are little tired (need some upgrading/refreshing). The bed matress was new, immaculate and clean, but pillows were not good quality (and too small).

I liked the location and the little houses were really nice on the outside.
We were 5 and they said that the sofa would turn into a bed. It did but it wasn't comfortable. In fact the sofa was worn out. The balcony could be an interesting spot but the outdoor furniture was really bad and the balcony lacked cleaning.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was a perfect location for my trip, as it was only five minutes away from the golf courses.
Some of the apartment needs attention, to improve the overall appearance. For instance, the wooden kitchen and bathroom windows could do with upgrading.

Provision of a clothe washing machine would be great.

Lovely resort if fully open but covid probs. My only problem was to go anywhere if you have walking problems you need taxis and those costs are high for a sole traveller. A car is a good idea as its a wonderful area to explore especially if there for more than a week.

We had a problem with the TV and we talked with reception and in the same day it was replaced, perfect! Very nice staff.

Great location for Golf as there are 5 good courses close by. Staff were excellent, so helpful. Place and accommodation clean, tidy and quiet. SPAR supermarket only 300-400m away.
Beds are a little bit firm, but are fine otherwise. Would have liked sharper knives in the kitchen and a non-stick frying pan, kitchen roll and a scouring pad for cleaning pans. All fine othewise.
