Great location in town centre. Very nice friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner very good.

Bed was not comfortable and was a smaller than usual double and would suit a single room better. Humming noise in bedroom all night (maybe air conditioner) it kept waking us up. Also bath was not very clean, lots of hair

O atendimento da recepção foi péssimo, super impessoal. O quarto não estava bem limpo, não tinha chaleira e não tinha fichas perto da cama. O corredor de acesso ao quarto estava com cheiro a tabaco. Quando chegamos estava imenso barulho no hotel, inclusive acordei as duas da manhã com barulho de pessoas a rirem e a bater portas. O pequeno almoço era básico com pouquíssima variedade apesar das funcionárias da sala do pequeno almoço terem sido muito prestáveis e simpáticas. Aquando do check out não estava ninguém na recepção.

Tout, absolument tout ! L'hôtel est une merveille comme on n'en fait plus. Très Outre-Manche avec une salle de bal, un beau restaurant et bar, une bibliothèque, moquette épaisse, chambre spacieuse et salle de bain extrêmement fonctionnelle et agréable. Personnel très gentil et service rapide. On sent le 'Grand Hôtel' dans lequel des générations se sont retrouvées. Un délice !!!

Lianne and Dan were very helpful in accommodating our request especially we arrived at the hotel in the late hours of the night.

Old school decor, need to signpost the wheelchair / pram lifts since it’s all stairs. Mattress in our room needed replacing, not even too soft, just old feeling.

Great location for our drive around the Ring of Kerry the next morning. Staff were lovely and a great old looked after hotel. Great breakfast too.
