Gostámos do conforto do hotel, das áreas exteriores estarem impecáveis.Das 2 piscinas externas estarem limpas e do quarto ser espaçoso e muito bem insonorizado.Não se ouvia barulho absolutamente nenhum.Muito bom para descansar e a localização do hotel estava muito próxima do centro de Chaves o que também era uma vantagem.

Do atendimento por parte do colaborador da recepção no dia do xheck in.Questionou-me por estar a viajar somente com a minha filha, depois o facto de na marcação do booking estar o meu 2° nome e não o primeiro comparando com o cc , tive de aguardar e foi chamar um colega sobre como proceder nesta situação ( quando no cc estava o nome , doc.de identificação exatamente igual)...no quarto não tinham toalhas de banho pelo que informei pessoalmente a recepção da ausência das mesmas e ficaram a duvidar literalmente da minha palavra a dizer que não era habitual não ter e , a custo foram buscar umas .Em nenhum momento pediram desculpa pelo sucedido.Nem sequer informaram sobre a possibilidade de mesmo fazendo check out poderia usufruir da piscina externa do hotel .Essa informação só a recebi no dia seguinte pela simpática recepcionista que forneceu um serviço de qualidade.De salientar que na piscina dos adultos não existiam 3 tampas de protecção na zona do 1.30m onde as crianças que lá estavam poderiam ficar com o pé preso. A recepção foi informada sobre esta situação para evitar situações de acidente.

I'm not saying the breakfast was bad, but in a place with so many renown local products, I missed, for example, local breads.

Horarios de Check In (16h!?) e Check Out (11h!?) pouco convenientes.

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful grounds to walk around in. Good breakfast.

There was no tea tray in the room and when we asked for one we were told that the hotel did not supply them. A four star hotel? At least a coffee machine is a must. Same answer when I asked for disposable slippers... No dressing gown either. Then there was the problem with the SPA... What a sham. When we went down to reserve our massages (they have a massage menu of two pages) we were told that we would only be able to have A massage (and not the hot-stone one as the machine was not operational) the following evening. We were there for three days, so it would have been nice to have been told at reception on arrival that if we wanted a massage that we would have to book two days in advance or have booked a week or two beforehand. Very very disappointing. Bearing in mind that the hotel was virtually empty at the time.
