Exceeded our expectations in every way: staff, location, breakfast and room. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Only that we didn’t stay longer 🙁

The lady who is in charge for the flowrrs very friendly helpful.....the staff on the restaurant offered me coffe had to leave 7.00 ....nightaudit printed me the map to make sure to find my way ...great

Was there 15.00 was not really nice welcome ...the lady only said the room is not ready we ve ot are full booked....told them normally check im is 15.00 the 2 nd Receptionist made call and then could check in....would have been ok to check in bit later only the fact how was the welcome general ...mabey to sit down offer drink .... however for the price want come back ....suggestion reception staff need to be trained ....first impression ..

Easy check in & out. We were placed in the historical annexe. The rooms were lovely and spacious. It had all the normal facilities expected. Lovely breakfast and great attentive staff.

The old fashioned keys were so heavy to carry around.

Outstanding service and stuff, super clean, location

Amazing. If you want to take a trip back in time and literally feel like you’re back in history, this is the place for you. Charming picturesque and centrally located behind the cathedral whose spires I could see out my window!

The only downside is the WiFi which I’m sure because of the historical building and thick walls was spotty in the bedroom. (Good at the front desk). So if you are traveling for business and need WiFi I don’t recommend. But if you want a nice trip for pleasure or enjoyment I couldn’t rate it at higher! Highly recommended!

The room was nicely decorated and quiet. The lighting was very good. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel location couldn't be better, you can walk to all the tourist attractions and there are several good restaurants nearby.

Lovely old characterful building in the heart of the old town. Perfect location for sightseeing and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Pleasant staff and outstanding breakfast. Comfortable rooms and beds. I would stay here again.

Bathrooms are a bit 1980s and the wifi was quite weak - both need upgrading.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. We had a douple room with a nice view to the old Roman citywall, it was right next to our window. The room was very quiet and comfy and had a good bed. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpfull. We had a very good breakfast every morning at the hotel and a delicous dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant, wich was crowded, so book ahead. The hotel is in very center of everything at the town, so you can easily reach everywhere walking. We arrived by train directly from Munich airport. It took 1h15m and was very affordable. From Regensburg Hbf it was only 10 minutes walk to the hotel.

As always in Germany, the pillows are not so great.

All the major attractions of Regensberg were within walking distance of the hotel. The immaculate room that my brther and I shared was in a historic building beside the Dom and on an enclosed courtyard. Perfect.
