The key code made things so convenient! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed while I had a procedure at the University hospital, and my family appreciated having Netflix, etc, while they waited. The location was incredible for walking to restaurants and having clean, safe, paid parking next door. We'd love to return to do more sightseeing!

It took us some time to find the control for the bathroom heater, so it was pretty toasty in there overnight. Also, the elevator was out (21 Dec 2022) so plan accordingly (it changed our thoughts about me returning to the apartment after leg surgery). But these were small matters for our family.

All was perfect..

The location is the number one attraction of this apartment! Located centrally in the old town, the bus stop to most places are just in front of the building, near to the railway station, a short bus or cab ride away! The location just took our breath away! The rooms are quite spacious and with all requirements of long term or even short term apartment stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. One snag was that the elevator broke down after a couple of days of our 20 days stay and though they tried to get it fixed promptly it was only fixed the day before we left! I have to mention the staffs again... They are courteous and helpful though it might be useful if they were available a little earlier than 1:30pm . Would definitely stay at this property again should I find myself at Regensburg PS: if you like to cook this place is apt for you, as it doesn't have restaurant in the property. But several really good options for all meals are just downstairs

The lift broke down... Though it wasn't their fault. Wish the cleaning lady could do our vaccum.... Especially as we stayed over 20 days( they provided us with vaccum cleaners and we did it ourselves)

Everything was clean and the apartment was well located. Check in was easy and the staff were knowledgeable.

The elevator did not work and that is the only reason it got a 9 and not a 10. The apartment was on the 4th floor and it was a bit of a bear getting luggage for 5 people up and down on the first and last day. They did message after checkout to tell us it was getting fixed after we left. Otherwise 10 out of 10. If we go back to Regensburg I would rent this apartment again.

The sofa bed was very difficult to sit on as it was far too deep as a sofa. Maybe a comfortable bed!

located in the middle of the old town of Regensburg. Door by door to Kneitinger brewery and Restaurant. Comfortable beds. Appartment was on the ground floor as requested since we where travelling with a baby.

The double bed only. Easy to access the center of the city.

The internet was very unreliable.All the time it disconnected and when it worked it was slow. At the reception (when they were available they had to reset the router). The extra sofa for 3 people was very bad. The mattress was worn out and the wood base of the sofa was felt under the back. At the reception they refused to change the room. Very small mini fridge for 3 person's. The room is advertised for 6 people.

cleanliness, several hairs in bes and bathroom, which makes me doubt if the bedcover was even changed. We booked for 3 but only 2 towels

we have stayed here before and it is a lovely facility in the centre if Regensburg.

We were offered an “upgrade” which we took. It was not the room I thought we would get having been here before. There were 6 of us and the room was only suitable for 4. It had very little air flow and was very hot. It was out the back next to the rubbish bins with no natural sunlight. We had no new towels in the week we were there, and had no hot water for 2 days. We would stay again, but definitely not in that room.

Very comfortable apartment, excellent location

Very spacious apartment with a lot of amenities. Very well equipped kitchen. Great location close to the city centre.

Beds were too soft, so my back hurted. Eventually I slept on the couch which was fine. Kids were OK with the soft beds.

The communication with the hosts was very easy The location is great, walking distance to the train station and the city centre The appartment is spaceous and the beds were comfortable

It tends to get rather hot in summer (afternoon sun) and has no air conditioning.

a ceiling fan would help with cooling the room down a bit no recycle facilities

the self checkin service was super smooth, we got codes for the main door as well as the apartment door and they worked like a charm.

Location right next to the historical city centre, monumnets, sightseeing at the walking distance. Clean, spacious apartment (facing the inner court), newly rebuilt historical building. City bus station just at the door, bistros, restaurants, bakery, supermarket up to five minutes walk. Helpful staff.

Complicated to find containers/bins for separate waste.
