Location of the hotel, it's not too noisy.

Hotel is old, elevator breakdown every day. Restaurant is too small to accommodate all guests, especially Saturday and Sunday hotel was full and it was chaos. Food not much choice. No entertainment.

The pool was decent size, close enough to walk to the beach. Room was alright size but it was just me and my son so we didn't need alot of space.

99% of the staff are very rude, walk pass you, bump into you and not even say excuse me, sorry, please can you move over, nothing of the sort. Just look at you like you are an alien and don't communicate. Heard the receptionist go absolutely crazy at a lady for asking for the iron every day telling her she was being selfish and isn't the only one staying at the hotel.

Very very very good hotel. Excellent service. The staff was so nice . Margarita the manager was amazing. She help us in everything that we needed and beyond. Very very recommended. Best hotel we've been in. We definitely come back.

We liked everything.

The staff was amazing, smiling without waiting for tips, they give free smiles :) the pool was nice and warm, the food was nice and not repeated. Big room with nice view, we had a room at the 5th floor.

A little bit far from the sea and no activities, no entertainment.

Even if our booking was made in february, we was redirected to another hotel Shicpka, without any reason. The new hotel was very bad, not clean, with old facilities and the breakfast was very bad. For igiene, we give 1 star maximum. The pool was not clean also.

It was my first time abroad so I thought the experience was good ,nice hotel the food was good and very friendly staff.

On the evening there wasn't much entertainment or music, but maybe we stayed at the wrong time ,

Rooms where clean & comfortable. Majority of staff were helpful & friendly.

The first 5 days of our holiday there was Ukranian refugees staying at the hotel, which is completely acceptable given the war in their country. The food on these days was awful but did improve slightly after the 31st May. All inclusive guests cannot use the lobby or pool bar, the restaurant bar was the only bar that guests can use. The bar staff at this bar were friendly & helpful except for one female member of staff who didnt seem to grasp that we were a group of nine guests. She was constantly rude, unhelpful and did her very best at mealtimes to avoid serving at the bar. We had a toddler travelling with us and this female member of staff made a big issue about putting milk in her bottle. Luckily this issue was overheard by staff at reception, they agreed that this is not a problem and put milk in her bottle. Reception & lobby staff where really helpful. The food did improve after the 31/05/2022 but still had very limited variety. I am a disabled guest, there are lots of steps around the pool, outside seating areas. This is an issue for less mobile guests and guests with prams for babies/toddlers. Our group where given rooms on floor 5, the rooms were a nice size, clean, had a fridge, complementary toiletries, shower cubicle was lovely and so much better than a bath due to my mobility *But No Air Conditioning* which was really needed. The balconies are really narrow and do not have an outdoor airer for clothes/towels etc. The coffee in the machine in the restaurant was filled with Nescafe Coffee & Coffee Mate which made a lovely cup of coffee. It also had Nesquick hot chocolate and hot milk. Really nice machine, makes lovely coffee/hot chocolate.

Location is excellent and was excellent value for money

Didn’t specifically dislike anything however the breakfast in particular could have been better. However we wouldn’t complain as this hotel offers excellent value for money

There was a mushroom in the corridor corner. The food was, let say acceptable, to avoid other strong words.

the staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman who guarded the parking lot with whom we became friends immediately :), the food was ok.

The location was ok , not to far from the beach. The garden of the hotel and the swimmingpool was great. Air conditioning was working properly

The reduced variety of food, and the taste was not as I expected, but Shopska salad was very good and the fruits, and the beer

GOOD FOOD,NICE RESTAURANT AND POOL.NICE OUTDOOR JACUZZI!

The location is in a quiet area, surrounded by trees. The area to have breakfast outside is very nice, protected by the sun. The staff was ok, not many English speakers but you can manage. The room is quite spacious, large bed (not very comfortable however), extra sofa chair, large bathroom.

The air conditioning in the room could not be changed. It had the button blocked on 24C degrees and you could not really feel the difference when turning on. The staff did nothing to solve the issue, they simply said " it's not possible to change". The breakfast is not that diverse compared to other hotels we booked at, but again, it was decent for the price. Not that I did not like, but it's something i did not know until the arrival - the parking at the hotel is not free. The headboard of the bed was a little bit stained, not sure if vacuumed beforehand - beside this everything looked clean and fresh.

Big pool, clean room, nice staff.
