Very comfortable bed. The roof window gave a lot of air to the room, making it easy to sleep.

The receptionist was very helpful when I rang to explain we would arrive late on Sunday evening. Very kind and patient. Our room was superb - a comfortable bed, clean sheets and a great little bathroom. The locked carpark is a big plus.

Clean, modern room and shower. Staff on the phone prior to arrival (we arrived late so had to receive a code to get in the main entrance) were very helpful and lady at the reception very friendly. Secure outdoor parking behind the building off the main road behind gates which are locked at night.

There is 0 soundproofing in the rooms and I’m guessing it’s an old house which has been changed into a hotel perhaps? You can hear absolutely everything in all the rooms around you, whole conversations, very loud creaking floor boards, toilet chain, and we were kept awake by some very disrespectful neighbours until 01:00 (not the hotels fault of course). So I recommend taking earplugs even if you are a heavy sleeper!

.Clean rooms with good decor and facilities for us as a family of 5. Staff recommend a local restaurant late in the evening for our 3 hungry kids. Parking for us and our trailer was very handy in a secure car park onsite.

ceiling on top of rooms on first floor are sooo flimsy you can hear the people upstairs like moving furniture banging doors or stomping every tine they move…! wifi password needs to be typed in every single time… its disconnects itself and its not recognised when back in the room. toilet in room 1 not flushing properly .

Met the needs of an affordable overnight stop on the way further south in France. As a one night stop perfectly adequate but might be a little small for a longer stay. The hotel is a 30 - 40 minute walk to the centre of Troyes but worth it! Troyes is beautiful.

The ensuite toilet attached to the room we had was small and it was a tight squeeze to sit on the toilet! Seemed to be specific to that room as other family members had larger bathrooms.
