Reception was not working at all, I had to call them on the mobile phone. Breakfast is not available because the kitchen was closed all the time. Far away from the city center. You cannot pay at the property but only via bank transaction which has additional costs although in the reservation was stated that I will pay at the property. I had no one to ask how to check-out.

Best breakfast, best rooms and best staff!

I did not check in successfully. When I arrive at Hotel Munzert, it was closed. I knocked at the door many times, no body answer for that. I have to find a new hotel around until midnight. It is a bad experience.

There was no breakfast and no person to pay the bill. I lost time, I was hungry and thisty. I was late to appointment because of staying in this hotel. Also have stress.

Clean and comfortable room.

Easy to find and parkl in front of the entrance. Not a secured P-lot. Restaurant was closed after 22.00. Clean and cosy room-fresh towels-bed covers-blankets. Fast Wi-Fi. Still suroundings-nothing disturbed us during the night so it was perfect for our 1 night stay . Leaving early in the morning ...no experiernce with the beakfast/kitchen.

Woukd ve been nice to get a small "take away" breakfast package with some drinks/fruit...otherwise fulfilled our expectations!

The location was nice and the beds were comfortable.

The room didn't look like the photos at all. It was very outdated, probably last updated in the 70's or 80's. The bathroom had mildew stains throughout and the shower door was difficult to close completely. The bathroom also lacked a functioning fan.
