Very quite place. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast with gluten free alternatives. Staff was kind and welcoming.

We were twice in this hotel, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, very good location in Montecatini Therme. Will be there again! Nice panorama and many nice wellnes place there. Try it You too!

location was a bit far out of the town but the up side to that was it was nice and quiet.

There were two bathrooms in the room.

We didn't get any vegetables for the continental breakfast. The pool was a bit small but the bigger problem was that we couldn't use it as intentioned because the kids (4-5 at least all the time) were always jumping into the pool, altough it wasn't allowed - but nobody cared about it from the staff. Our room wasn't as shown in the images... (Looked similarly to some pics but everything was much more run-down.) The walls are thin so we always heard the kids running in the room above us. On the second morning we didn't have hot water in the bathroom. The balcony wasn't truly separated from the neighbouring room so if people from both room sat on the balcony you were able to see everything - and also we were able to see into their room. Early in the morning the glass-garbage truck was really loud under the room so we woke up everyday at 6:30 on our holiday... We couldn't recommend it to anyone who would like to relax or wanna' spend nice time together as a couple.

Friendly staff, location

Use of the pool, too small. It was impossible to rest in the area since all the chairs were taken every day at eight in the morning by some other guests -who did not use them all day, just to ensure they were available for them all day. Staff did not help. No wi-fi connection for three days, sockets for appliances not suitable for most European appliances, you need to buy an adaptator if your want to use your computer.

Location is ideal to catch the vaniclour train up the mountain. Staff super friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely to spend a few hours at.

Location of the hotel is great. There is large parking just across the street. Breakfast was very good especially for kids although a bit mora variance could improve it. Pool and area around it are very clean - there is also natural shade over it during the early evening.

Overall hotel could use a bit of freshening up. There were some obvious improvement done in recent years but still could benefit from investing. In one of the rooms there was issue with toilet that wasn't fixed during out stay, but since we had total of 3 bathrooms in two joint rooms, that was more of nuisance than issue.

Good location, 15 min walk to city center. There are few parking slots in the hotel garden, but there are a big free parking place on the other side of the street.

Always the same breakfast, it is a little bit boring after some days. No vegetables, only water melone as a fruit.

Spacious room and good shower. Breakfast was okay. Location was nice. Staff was friendly too.

Really outdated furniture throughout the hotel, it needs an upgrade. Breakfast period was very limited and space was very crowded. Pool was okay, yet many guests reserve beds even though not being there for the whole day.

Staff was polite. Breakfast was really good, with lots of varied meals. Bed was comfy.

Room was not 100% clean (windows had dirt spots, bathroom had spider web on some places) and we expected a somewhat bigger room.

Great location, not too far from Florence. Good breakfast, new and clean rooms. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

AC is a bit outdated, had to open the window at the room instead.
