Great location, nearby the beach and shopping mall. Staff is friendly
The gym is a big failure….The breakfast very disappointing…It needs a big upgrade. The pillow in the room had some smell…

Lovely staff. Good location near the convention cut, where I was attending an event
Very bland hotel. Had no atmosphere. Quite sterile. I was out in a room over looking a roof. There were builders in this. The room was shabby. Towels threadbare. I complained and the staff kindly moved me to a higher room away from the building works. The hotel generally needs a makeover. It is very tired and shabby.

Like all hotels in Spain. Getting an iron is impossible. You are paying around 150 euros in a four star hotel. But getting iron is hopeless. Promises to send it the room. Oh its with another guest. But this hotel is in good company re scarcity of a clothes iron

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Cleaning was done every day.
The bathroom door is just a glass that slides and does not close properly. Thus, if you are travelling with someone else, they can hear every sound from the bathroom.

I liked the fact that the hotel is close to the beach (not even a 5 min walk).
The hotel staff were kind and helpful always smiling.
The room was clean, not too big nor too small.
The sliding door of the bathroom (room 2308) wasn't smooth which was quite annoying unfortunately. Indeed, it made a lot of noise, especially during the night when you don't want to wake up your partner.
Also the room with "view on the beach" is not really a view on the beach as the room is on the first floor so you can't really see the beach because of the roads. In any case, you can ask the staff to see the room before you upgrade.

The room size was excellent and the bathroom was quite big and perfect for couples. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite. Great water pressure and the AC worked very well as well.

Das Hotel war Strandnah
Schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche.
Flur und Zimmet sollten dringend renoviert werden.
Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass wir die Kleidung nicht aufhängen konnten.
Frühstück reichhaltig, jedoch von unterdurchschnittliche Qualität.

I left a yellow spiral notebook and 3 books and a pair of tennis shoes in room 2517 by accident. Please give them to current visitor, Allyson Irom, my friend who is there now.
Air conditioning was not cool, dark halls until you walk in it, drain in bathroom did not work, the numbering of the room is awkward. 2517 is a room on 5th floor???

Good location, reasonable breakfast
beds are not very comfortable, water sewer is running through the wall and you can hear every toilet flush that your neighbor is doing, no pool

Nice room, clean, very good beds and great location for the beach front and promenade.
The breakfast was ok, but not very extraordinary for the price we paid, also, no variation in the four days we were there. The hotel is geared more towards business travellers.

The room was exceptional! All was new, modern, clean, with an extraordinary bathroom. The bed was perfect. We had everything we needed in our room. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. It was very near the beach.

the room is too hot, couldn’t turn down the heating, kept windows open all night;
shower screen doesn’t close properly, so the floor is flooded after shower;
toilet paper holder is broken, so the paper roll keeps falling to the floor;
breakfast is not well catered for non pork eating customers

The Hotel was clean and modern and ideally located for our purposes and also near the sea. When we ran into a problem with requiring twin beds in our room, we were upgraded without any charge. When making any enquiries about travel in the city, the staff were always helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will use the hotel again.

Reception crew - categorical refusal to accept cash denomination 500€. Suspicious attitude for any оptions of cash payment.
We ordered 1 full bed! Instead of this we received 2 twin beds - very sad moment.
