Great location up on the hill…but still only 10-15 walk up to the beach and restaurants.
Nice pool, bar and restaurant. Massage facilities and rental services available too.
Buffet dinner was a bit pricey compared to eating in town, if you don’t want a big meal. But quality of the food was good.

The location was excellent. Breast not so good. Too much sugary things. And mostly breads and pizza for breakfast.
The rooms should have been up to a 4 star rating. No electric kettle no coffee in the room . Actually the only amenities they had were soap and shampoo. More of a 3 star or less hotel.

Breakfast had many choices but not so tasty. Some rules of the hotel was unnecessarily strict.

Absolutely EVERYTHING! The hotel, our room, the stunning view from our spatious balcony, amazing food, great pool, lovely location close to beautiful beaches. We would give 20 points out of 10 ;)
We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely would come back. It is a 4star accommodation with great variety of food which was of excellent quality.
Some of the staff were not exactly cordial or friendly, but some were - such as cleaning staff and particularly the black-hair receptionist or catering ladies at the breakfast were amazingly warm, welcoming and very friendly.
The water (tap water which is safe!!) was not served for free at the dinner. It is a detail which should be included.
There could be some dancing/music evening at least once a week, that would be perfect.

the facilities and the staff are very good and child/family friendly. It is not quite easy to reach the beach location though, you need to hike under the sun:) the furnitures and bath equipments are old but fair. Good place for families.

Our 4 day stay was just excellent!
First of all a big thank you to every employee (receptionist, everybody at breakfast, the gardener etc.) at the hotel! Always with a smile, helpful and kind! My daughter still tells everybody about the ships Artemis made for her with the sheets.
The breakfast was one of the best we had in a greek Hotel! Fresh made omelette, pancakes or any other egg creation! The cakes and all the sweets were delicious!
The location and the view may be one of the best on the island.
And finally the buffet at the wedding reception was DELICIOUS!!!

If I had to mention one thing it would be the pillows. A little too hard 😉

Our second stay here. Staff welcomed us like family. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfasts: varied and plenty of choices. Loved the pool.
Poor internet connection. Sometimes unavailable all day. Pool safety notices need to be in German as many guests ignored them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Covid 19 precautions were taken seriously. Felt safe. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Loved the location overlooking Kokkari. Beautiful swimming pool. Nicely kept grounds. Friendly bar with snacks at lunch time.
Bathroom facilities a bit dated. Would always prefer a walk in shower. Internet connection was a bit spasmodic/ sometimes non-existent.

The location is excellent for beautiful beaches and the town of Kokkari where there are many good restaurants and shops. It's a brief walk down to 2/3 beaches, although there is also a shuttle bus if you are unable to walk easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ladies on reception were very kind, the bus driver came back to collect us when the bus was full and the guy at the bar was totally lovely! The Greek evening was excellent regarding both food and entertainment.
The food could have been slightly better(breakfast) although is was adequate and the Greek evening was excellent. Breakfast became quite monotonous and the some of the dishes need more explanation. There were names on a few but not all the dishes and I heard many visitors asking staff for explanations, which was a hassle for staff. We organised the car hire through the hotel so that the car would be delivered to us but you might like to find your own supplier - the car was in bad condition and you can easily walk down to Kokkari to collect the car.
