I like the environment, location and comfortable bed. Very strategy location to reach most of the tourist spot and even was located next to First Avenue.

Pubic area washroom. I think it doesn't meet my expectation, it was cleaned but look a bit old.

The room is clean and spacious enough. I like the bed too as it is comfy.

The staff does not seen friendly and helpful at times and is more into their own conversation.

Location, room size, service, cleaness all outstanding. Being on club floor was a benefit worth it.

Extremely slow check-in. We arrived late around 10PM after a long day of traveling, but the check-in took very long (20-30 minutes…). Everything was slow: checking passport, printing pages, typing, paying… quite unhappy about inefficient check-in process. Brought my mum for a belated surprise bday trip, I mentioned that when I booked on Thursday for our stay on Saturday. The hotel then send their offerings for extra decorations etc. for payment, when I chose it, they then said ‘unfortunately you can only book this 3 days before check-in’ … then be mindful and don’t send it, causing disappointment.

if you are driving a MPV Vehicle need to be careful of the roof, becoz is just 1.7m high inside the parking. and also BE CAREFUL when you exiting the hotel junction, Penang drivers is driving fast and crazy.

The hotel is very centrally located - very convenient for visiting the main touristic sites of Penang. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities you need and was very clean. The room had great views over the swimming pool, which was a nice touch after a hot walk under the sun. The swimming pool was clean and not too busy. The food at the restaurant was correct.

Breakfast was very good but quite pricey.

The room was very clean and provided sufficient toiletries. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food items to choose from. The hotel's location is excellent and accessible to shopping malls and other shopping areas.

The hotel should have a "special" guest room for guests to rest, especially when they must check out before 12pm and wait to go to the airport to catch the late evening flights. Some guests do not like going around the town after checking out and prefer to remain in the hotel until they go to the airport.

Breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. Staff are all very friendly and pleasant. Very clean hotel.

The pillows. Somehow the pillows are uncomfortable. Mattress is ok but pillows are not.
