Really nice place, rooms were big, easy parking, quiet and clean

The bed in the room was very comfortable, it was quiet , and the staff was very nice and kind . The hotel also have its own parking. For this price it is excellent.

Nothing everything was fantastic

The hotel is situated in a quiet and somehow nice part of the town. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, the service was impecable. They even told me that I can check-out anytime I want because they do not depend on it. Also free parking is a big plus, they do have an underground parking. I left my car there and go to explore the town.

The ugly smell in the bathroom is not something to be taken easily. There were minutes when it was absolutely deranging. Maybe some attention is needed on that.

Old furniture, old bathroom, bad mattress and not clean. Sheets were clean but what was in them wasn't clean and looked very very old. Far away from centre.

In the bathroom, the shower in quite low : you don't have a cabin and all the water is on the floor. The view is toward a building and all of them can see you if.you forget to cover the window. It was a little cold in the room.

The location of the hotel was amazing and everyone from the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything necessary to make my trip more than comfortable. When I come back to the city, I will definitely book again with Hotel Arena, as I had the best experience there! 10/10 recommend.
