The view and breakfast are simply unbeatable and the location is amazing, but what made this place stand out the most to me are the amazing staff, Adriana and Aris. I am so grateful to have stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

I lost count of the number of times I said to my husband “I’m so glad we chose to stay here”. The property is a little oasis off the main strip in Oia, giving you access to everything really easily but also feeling very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Speaking of which, if you’re considering staying in Fira over Oia - don’t! All the cruise ships dock in Fira and it is overrun with day trippers!! The staff at Kima are absolutely amazing. Adriana on the front desk was so helpful during our stay and really went out of her way to make sure we experienced the best restaurants/trips. We didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped with our bags and brought our breakfast each morning but was also superb. Everyone was so pleasant. Breakfast is served to your room each morning, great selection of food and they are very happy to tailor it to your liking (unless we were just lucky!). There isn’t a main restaurant on site but you’re close enough to abundance of great restaurants, pretty much everything is within a 20 minute walk. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra to stay in the rooms with a hot tub. These rooms are on the second floor (the others are poolside) so you have a semi-private balcony to enjoy. The views are beyond stunning. Overall a truly great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to choose Kima again if we return!

Can’t think of anything. I struggled to work out what other hotels offer that Kima don’t, as there is a noticeable difference in price point.

Amazing view from the room. Property is very well maintained, clean, comfortable. Location was not too far from main street, making walking up and down the stairs practical. Staff was excellent, Ari and Adriana were fantastic, recommended us on best places to eat. Had 3 types of breakfast to choose from, sent to our room every morning. Quality of food was good.
