Along with having a comfortable ambiance, the staff are outstanding in their hospitality. Special shout out to the front desk staff for being so welcoming and helpful.

Breakfasts were fantastic. Had an evening meal there, too, and was thoroughly happy with it. Food very good and very good value. Staff wonderful, and the full-size snooker table was a huge plus.

Very friendly staff, great location at the sea front, good parking facilities and good breakfast. Cosy lounge and nicely furnished rooms.

Unfortunately, the dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was quite expensive and my Caesar's Salad was a joke to be honest. Only one of my customers was happy with his meal. Service was friendly but not well organized - we had to ask repeatedly for our ordered drinks which arrived after the meals.

rooms are big and stylish

Location was excellent. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful room with sea view. Very comfortable beds. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Bar staff were friendly and fun. Car park was easy. Breakfast was excellent.

Some of the restaurant staff need training in being friendly and smiling! Our breakfast order was wrong every day of 3, and 3 things were wrong on the 3rd day. They need to listen and note what we ask for. We were disappointed the one evening we booked dinner (booked at least a week in advance)- we were offered 6pm or 8pm, whereas we prefer to eat around 7.30. We picked 8 but did not get served food until 8.45. We warned in advance that I was lactose intolerant yet there was not one single item on the starters or mains that had no milk products and the waiting staff had not been informed and had to go and ask. I was not given much choice - half of one of the starters and a couple of the mains that could be done with no dairy. My husband and I both had mains that included potatoes yet one of our 2 veg side dishes was chips!
