All! Location could not be better, a few feet from pedestrian street and a few minutes from the riverside Guidiana. Guest house was seemingly very newly restored, very clean and nice. Although for the renovation I would choose another contractor, some of the solutions for ventilation and water had some interesting finishes 😉 Staff was very nice. Some noise from streets could be expected, but in the city centre this must be accepted. The city itself is just amazing. My second time here, and don't miss it! Food.is great, life is great, and people welcoming as I feel all over Portugal! Bed was allegedly hard, but perfect for my liking 😉

The air conditioning was and is in need of a cleaning. Filter clogged with "stuff" made it difficult to warm the room.

I didn’t have wifi in my room

Nothing particularly bad. But the sink and loo were a little loose. This didn't cause a problem and was not unusual for accommodation in Europe.

Parking round the corner on a meter. 2€ for about 4 hrs.Free after 10pm. Great location. Comfy bed. Excellent price. Very clean room. Drink and food machine in reception. Helpful staff.

Just wifi in the downstairs room

The beds are comfy rooms are super clean. A/C for such a price is a gem!

The staff was just not helpful... When I asked for recommendations what to do in the city, I was told by the owner "I don't have time for this, I have to do my job", as if hospitality is not the job on a hostel... In my room the wifi didn't work for most people

Room was a bit tight for 3beds and small fridge with a few Plates,knifes etc would be usufull, however all good- we spent all days outside, not sitting in the room
