The property is beautiful inside and out. There are many things to make your stay comfortable like the sun loungers, kitchen and comfortable living area. The area is lovely with beautiful views especially at night time. The pool is perfect for everyone to cool down.

There are just 4 sun loungers which even for our family left us one short. There could be some furniture added to the balconies so they could be used more. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The neighbours dogs bark incessantly sometimes from 5am which we did get used to after a few days but was very irritating when we arrived. There is nothing there at all for cooking no salt, pepper, sugar, etc so you have to buy everything even if it’s a short stay.

Location is fabulous. Lovely pool, amazing scenery, Silves nearby. The beaches are 20 mins away. The house is big, lovely kitchen and there is a washing machine. Questions were answered immediately, but we never met anyone in person. If we needed something though, like wood for the fire it was delivered straight away. Had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time there.

Some of the beds are more like camping beds. Little possibility of heating the place when the weather is bad and it gets really cold inside. Lots of barking dogs nearby, which are quiet at night though. It has 3 bathrooms, but none of the fittings to hang up the shower heads were right, so we all ended up showering in the same bathroom.

The guard dogs next door were frightening next to us while unlocking gates. Worst of all was the distressed caged puppy crying from 5 am every day. And all the barking. So we wasted a lot of the day trying to catch up on sleep.
