Amazing location and a very well maintained authentic property. The owners are also very nice and welcoming. For food, you must eat at the restaurant at ground floor as the food was just delicious (the best we had in Austria)

the room was spacey, yet very badly iluminated. it lacked light spots, in general it was very difficult to read a book even at daytime. window was small. Bathroom was completely outdated: it lacked fresh air, and hence had a bad smell. it was not possible to shower standing, due to a low roof. Bathroom light worked on a sensor, could not be turned on or off manually, hence at night there was too much light. Due to glass panel above the door, it kept on shining considerable time after leaving the bathroom and well into bed

View from hotel location was good. Staffs are good.

The room we got unfortunately had no view. We booked this hotel for view but we got road facing view which was not worth it. And second menu in restaurant was very limited . We had to go to city for food. Breakfast was not dat nice. Bathroom did not ventilator. Hot water was not coming in the night time. No lift in hotel.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was wonderful, the food was excellent and the owners and all the staff were absolutely terrific. we would definitely return.

Perhaps the decor is getting a little tired and dated, but it was spotlessly clean.

We have really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect - a location, a traditional Austrian style house, welcoming personal, good food. Many people have complained about an old fashion bathrooms. But I find that it rather fits to the old traditional interiors of the house. And it did not bother me because everything was functioning and clean. Location was fantastic - we were 2 minutes drive away from the ski slope and had a beautiful view from the terrace.

The view was amazing and the bed was confortable

The room was horrible, the furniture creaked, the bathroom door was almost broken and we almost got stuck there everytime. The room was not cleaned before the stay, we had hair on the bathroom floor, there were rust stains in the bathtub and if you used the hot water it made a horrible noise. Through the door you could hear everything that was happening on each floor of the hotel. I admit that it was partially my fault for not reading the reviews before the stay but so expensive and just for the view it isn't worth it.

it is a cozy little hotel just outside of the bustle of Innsbruck. The stop for the bus that takes you in to town is just outside the hotel, so very convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent and it was so nice to have the option for a delicious dinner when you are tired at the end of the day.

The playground for the kids by the outdoor eating area. TV. Restaurant. Kids could run around and play with other kids and give the parents a break.

Road noise. Smells from the kitchen. Light curtains. Gaps in the doors. Old bathroom. No lift.
