Location very easy to access, close to metro, easy to get to Porto or to airport. Shops and restaurants close by. Stuff were very helpful, they answer all my questions. Room was on the small side, peaceful.

The staff were very friendly, there weren't any problems with the check in and check out. The location is really great, 6 min walk to the beach, there is Lidl, ATMs and McDonald's 4 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful - all-you can eat with some traditional pastries, jams, ham and cheese with rolls + coffee, tea and juice.

The room was ok, but the fact that the window was small and really high on the wall made it a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom walls were dirty, and there was a smell o mold in the air. The sheets were stained. Unfortunately, I feel a bit dissapointed because the whole place is really lovely.

Day staff was friendly and they had option for vegetarian during breakfast

Room smelled like pee and there was noise the entire night. The person doing the night shift was just doing noise like there was no rooms on the ground floor. Very disrespectful and poor experience. Room window didn't close which made us feel very unsafe about leaving our personal belongings in the room.

Price VS location is nice considering that they allow pets

Third time to stay at D'El Rei and found it just as friendly, clean and comfortable as before. Will certainly return again.

The room previously had a small desk/table, which was useful. I would like to see this facility restored.

It said 24 hour check in when I was making a reservation but actually we got our room at 15.00 Staff that talked to us had really poor level of english our room was looking at the street, we woke up 3 times in the middle of the night because of drunk and screaming people

No parking, very noisy since the room was between the kitchen and the reception.
