Das Hotel ist eine Überraschung wenn man es betritt, denn es strahlt durch seine Ausstattung mit antiken Möbeln und
Bildern sofort ein wohliges und beruhigendes Gefühl aus.Es ist einfach wunderbar!! Die Lage direkt am FJord und der
Anlegestelle der Fähre ist für Rundreisen ideal. Das Personal ist super geschult. Die Küche ist und das Angebot sind
von uns sehr gelobt worden(aussergewöhnlich).

Breakfast was very good. Wide choice. The location was great with wonderful views of the fjord. Having a balcony was great.
A small point - we would have preferred a separate show rather than a shower in th ebath.

Meals- both dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent
Showing signs of age, hot tub wasn’t working. Had to inquire about using kayaks. No outlet in bathroom in room we stayed.

Beautiful dining and lounge area. Stunning views and great food. Huge selection of food for both dinner and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
No elevator which is understandable given it is an old building but I was not feeling well so carrying my heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs was hard work that day.

the views are amazing, the hotel is not your regular chain hotel- it has a nice, private vibe. The staff is extremely nice, attentive, and caring. One of the ladies from the front desk, Trine, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as it could be.

fantastic hotel staff especially the famous Garetta. Everyone very polite and friendly. with the highest culture. full of professionalism. very charming place, clean, bright rooms and unique interior design. average breakfast. no dark tea. overall, however, a very positive place

Very cute room with a viking theme, The queen size bed even had a boat shape and a bow. Nice view and a tasty and varied breakfast selection.

It was a little bit too cold. The windows are large and simple glass, not offering to much isolation. The wind was blowing inside.

Staff were amazing. So welcoming and friendly.
Location was peaceful and very tranquil. Views across Sognafjord were stunning. Good for public transport. Breakfast was excellent.
Leikanger hasn't much to offer apart from the hotel. Menu was limited to two options and didn't change. Rooms were quite old fashioned.

The place of the hotel is really nice (can see really nice view of fjord through the window), breakfast was tasty, staff was nice, the interior of the hotel was interesting in a nice way and the room we got was really great, bed was like a ship so it was a nice experience, smell of toilettries was good
