We loved the place. It was so peaceful and good location. We had the pool to ourselves most days so it felt like a private Villa. The staff are very attentive but don’t interfere.
Our bed was very hard and as other reviews say the kitchen equipment is very limited but we got by with what we had.

Nice place, cozy and clean. Giorgia and her daughter Anastasia are fantastic people. Anastasia was very helpful: she organized the transfer from the airport to the hotel. From Perissa, with public buses having a bad reputation (infrequent and missed trips) it is difficult to get to other places. The following morning, at our request, Anastasia sent us a rental scooter directly to the structure with which we were able to visit all the most beautiful places on the island in just the three days we had available. Should we return to Santorini this is where we will return to stay. 10 cum laude.
it was all ok

The Host were very friendly and hospitable.
The place is clean and quiet, perfect to child out.
Though we had no car, it was not a problem as we are close to the see side and the bus stop that drive us to the main attractions.

The room I had was large, spacious and very clean. Cleaning was done daily, towels and linens were changed every 2 days, but they were also changed daily when I needed them.
Everything was perfect.

Very nice and helpful host :) Nice place, close to the beach and nice restaurants (next to the beach), big tarrace (table with chairs, but no sun beds). It's also good bus connection to Thira (the capitol) and after that to the Oia, if you want to visit the island not renting a car.

The room I booked was actually a double suite with a kitchen and living area and ample size room with beautiful balcony overlooking the swimming pool so for solo traveller I was quite spoilt. As I had a zoom training for a few hours one of the days and I arrived Exhausted from the 6 hour ferry I very much welcomed the space and peace and quiet. The internet was fine for a 3 hour zoom and any research needs. The air conditioning was a bit tricky to work so had one hot night but left the windows open and with the Santorini wind kept me reasonably cool albeit a bit noisy. Lesson learned, ask if air-conditioning does not work as there might be some tricks to get it working, ie windows and doors including patio doors often needs to be fully closed due to trigger seals installed.
The location is east coast - and a bit of a walk 15 minutes or so to beach and cafes - found it a bit easy to miss the turnings without a charged phone and dark streets for walking in evening, a flashlight is useful if phone is uncharged or not with you just to warn on coming traffic. The traffic - the guest house itself was quiet and off the main roads but the quad bikes will send any sane person mad. They are so loud and so many of them, it is a real shame for the island and really impacts the sound of the island anywhere they are allowed which is most places except where they cannot access. The area is quite built up, resort like and for 2 days in Santorini - personally I would skip it and focus on the west coast views and site visits. With more time the beaches are nice enough - black sand nearby but there of course lots of different beaches dotted around, each with their own unique features. Plenty of restaurants near by on the coast road, a tasty vegetarian restaurant also if you are tiring of cheese only options and greek salads.

Great value for money. Easy check-in and beautiful property.
I didn’t do my research on the area. Would not attempt to stay here without car—it’s very much in the desert. Can walk to beach but won’t be able to easily access much else on the island without a considerable walk and streets are not at all pedestrian-friendly. No sidewalks.
