The staff was wonderful and the location is just what we were looking for!

Hard mattress Roadway from hotel to main road & beach was full of potholes and there was zero lighting so it was dangerous to walk on after dark.

Everything was good. Cosy room, nice bed. Hotel is near the beach, with his own swimming pool. Very nice reception. On every my question or my asks, I got help. Now I’ll come only on this hotel

The room was basic, a good size, had everything you needed and worked..! It was cleaned every day, as was the outside with the pool area very clean and tidy by the staff. The one thing that made our experience was Areti on reception, whom was not just reception,she was manager, bookings,departures, conceige and execptional person a true credit to the hotel, this is what brought joy to the joy hotel. It was ideally situated for bars restaurants,beach and local transport.more of a couple's resort although something for most age groups.

The only thing really was,the music from the bar next door was a little much all day everyday,when you are trying to relax round the pool. It wasn't bad, but would have been more relaxing without it.

A great location, the property was clean and the pool was also clean and a lovely area to relax. The beautiful beach was just 2 minutes walk, as were plenty of great restaurants. The Hostess was amazing, super helpful and very responsive - she really made our trip easy !

Areti the receptionist was absolutly amazing! Couldn't help us enough. Room cleaned daily fresh towels daily, the pool was lovely and warm. Lovely and comfortable sun loungers. Brilliant location close to the beach.

First of all this hotel is in a great location. the beach (which is literally a 2 minute walk) is stunning, crystal clear water and great for everyone. The hotel was clean, comfortable and suited us well. the pool area is great with the comfiest sun loungers. The rooms are basic but very spacious, great powerful showers and big beds. The star of the show is the receptionist, Areti!! she is absolutely fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and really knows the area well. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing.

Areti the owner was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Late flight home and this lovely lady let us stay around the hotel until our taxi came. Highley recommended. Anreti thank you so much for a fantastic stay. Mrs Taylor

The receptionist (Areti) was a Joy in ever since of the word! She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The location, The location, and the pool. I think one of the best places to eat is right in front of the hotel "JoJo". You have to treat yourself to their wonderful food choices! Also, I think you can order food to be delivered to your room since they are located right in front of the hotel! I know this hotel is not for very everybody...Like my wonderful friend, who must have breakfast included in her stay! If you are looking for a good deal with a very relaxing pool area... Then look no more!

Absolutely everything was perfect! Well located, clean, nice atmosphere, and definitely Areti made our staying more than enjoyable, we felt ourselves like home! She arranged transfers, trips, giving us some useful tips and being so kind! I strongly recommend this hotel!

The receptionist Ms.Areti was super nice !! support us from arrival to departure for everything and every question she answered in detail.

This place was better than we expected!!! Areti is an Angel !!! She welcomed us like a family and we were treated like one the whole 10 day stay! She organized our transfers and everything that we needed. This place has amazing private pool which we had almost all the time to ourselves and our guests, 50m from the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants, bus stop. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily by extremely nice house keeper who made sure we have all we need. Our whole family came to our wedding, 10 adults and 7 kids and we couldn't choose better!!! Thank you Areti for making our stay memorable in Santorini!!! We will recommend this place to our friends and family!

Nothing, perfect family holidays!

Very nice location in this part of the Island. More then friendly host Areti, which has helped us a lot with very useful information about our vicinity and also all concerns Santorin island. With her good mood all guests fill like at home and as we, would like to come back to the same place !

For this object better is to reserve rooms with view for garden and swiming pool, as back yard seems to be not too attractive.

Not a “Hotel”. Really rooms to let with a pool. Abandoned food and drink facilities plain to see. Some areas around pool covered with cheap concrete layer. Many others have damaged and broken tiles. access is either through a very expensive beach bar which has nothing to do with the hotel or down a lane way where abandoned furniture, dishwasher drains are plain to see. Room we had was large but very dated layout. Building has had a paint job but can’t disguise the fact this is a 60’s or 70’s abandoned hotel that rents rooms only. And not cheaply either.

Lovely big sized room, right across from the beach, sunloungers and pool are great! Reception host is very lovely and helpful :)

There is a beach bar in front of the hotel where the music can be very loud.

The place is lovely and literally on the beach. The manager is amazing, really kind and available lady. Room is pretty big and the swimming pool is super clean as well! Peaceful but also with nice music coming from the beach bar behind

Everything was perfect from rooms to staff. we enjoyed our time there and felt so comfortable staying there.

The location was as good as perfect. Close enough that you can just walk to the beach, but far enough from the boulevard that its not too noisy. Furthermore, the pool was also very nice to have, for when you do not want to go to the beach. The view is also very nice, so that when you open the front door, you get an awesome view of the island. The personel is also very friendly and helpfull. There was a small issue which they fixed quickly. The hotel is just a very nice place to stay. It does not feel like a standard boring touristy hotel. It has much more soul to it, and you can feel it when you are staying there. It is exactly the kind of hotel a real traveller would be looking for.

There were really only very minor points of improvement While our room did come with a stove to make dinner ourselves, there weren’t any pans. We did not need them however. Furthermore, i am sure that if we had brought this to the attention of the reception, this problem would have been fixed. Finally, the beds were a bit tougher than expected, but that was more of a personal preference rather than a complaint. They were still perfectly suitable to sleep on.

The location is fantastic- right next to the beach and there are a host of bars and restaurants close by. The pool and pool area were clean and looked great. The staff (Areti) were incredibly helpful and welcoming when we arrived.

There is a lot of noise coming from the bar next door to the hotel, which I appreciate the hotel is not in control of.

The room was very big, shower was powerful and relaxing. The private jacuzzi in the balcony is definitely a plus! However I would like a more modern furniture in the room, for the price I was paying and the location, it was excellent. The host was very friendly and helpful, and we had room service everyday.

Hot tub doesn’t get really hot, and for night use you would feel a bit cold on it, also it looks very old, and buttons are very worn.

The place located at the beach, for me the best of it. Also pool was great. Special mention to Vassilis who helped us to rent a car and reccomended the best restaurants of the area.

Everything was as expected. Nothing to complaint
