Only the name and the costs are of a high level, the facilities are from a 1 star hotel, facilities that nothing works, an old hotel with no maintenance, nothing meets expectations and what they offer is not good, I would never return to that Hotel

Room was very nice.

No internet conection. Food not very good qualiy, few choices. Elevator not working when checking out. Access to lake closed. In general, the hotel was nice but not well taken care of.

There is no wifi or signal at all. I know that people want to disconnect from everything, but it is up to every person how disconnected he wants to be.

This location was very beautiful and relaxing. Staff was super helpful and friendly at all times and also went the extra mile for my group.

The road to location was rough but worth it. Also we were an hour away from everything which didn’t work without a car. If you want to party or site see you may want to choose another location.if you want to get away to rest and find peace and relax this is your spot.

It was a nice property. Kind of difficult to find and get to due to the cobble stone road. However, the staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and our party. The property is small, yet has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Several designated spots for yoga and self-care. The staff was very responsive. Large room, including a couch/sitting area. My wife loved the massage, stating that it was one of the best she has ever received.

No dedicated WIFI? The hotel claims that its philosophy is to help people relax. Philosophy will get beat by economics and competition every time. Most guests were using their phones around the pool. Expect at best 3G reception. When pressed the staff will give out the WIFI password to the restaurant and the front office. They have many other hotspots around the property. Guest WIFI is a necessity, even if you are there to unwind. Guests should have the option to unwind as they feel fit. The hotel is hard to find. It is tucked back in the village of El Chante. Your GPS will get you there. If you are coming from Ajijic or Chapala, there is better signage on the highway. The checkout procedure was a bit weird. The lady insisted that I had to sign the invoice exactly as my name appeared on my driver's license? I've never encountered that rule before. She did not seem pleased when I swirled a generic form of my name on the form. Hint: They will still charge your card despite not following this "rule."

Breakfast was adequate, served on a patio with a nice view of the pool, gardens and Lake Chapala beyond.

Our air conditioner worked very poorly and we were insufferably hot at night.

Location is in a very poor area , driving in seeing various groups of men made us a little nervous. Room was very small Double Deluxe - seemed more like a Paris special. No hot water at 1 am.
