Unbeatable location next to wonderful beaches reachable by short walk, also with small children. Nice private garden with big shared grill outside. Gorgeous swimming pool with stunning views on the bay. Quite spacious house (we had The Stone House) with private belonging terrace. Good functioning air-conditioning. We liked the uniform sardinian style of furnitures inside the house.

House was not cleaned properly in time of our arrival. (But it was cleaned after our claims). House is not properly maintained if we consider the higher rental price. There were a lot of minor damages on furnitures, some windows was hard to close, some of lightbulbs weren't working, missing curtains in 2 rooms and some pieces of furniture should be upgraded a long time ago. Some of dishes weren't washed properly in time of our arrival. Kitchen should be upgraded also. There were not included cleaning service and towel/linen shift during 8 days stay for Booking.com customers. ( But it was changed after our claims) We were missing an effort to make our arrival more welcoming. (There are no reception or personal at this property).

It was a great location, that cant be beat. however, it was hard to tell which unit we had booked during our bookings all the the images from the prorperty were shown for our reservation, so we were a little surprise when we showed up and it wasnt the unit we were expecting for the price we had paid. It was a great location, however, we were expecting one of the units with a view, based on what we had seen on booking.So it was not clear from the images during the booking. But hosts were great and location was perfect

Apartment needs some upgrades.

Location is very good to see different beaches in the area. The house was simple but clean and everything worked well. We were welcomed by the lady who helped out with the cleaning, who was very friendly and warm. During our stay, we were in touch with an employee over Whatsapp, who answered all of our questions, offered to make dinner reservations, etc. She was very responsive.

The house had everything one might need, but a few details could be improved. For example, leaving some basics in the kitchen such as matches to light up the stove, etc. But these are minor details, we really liked the place and would highly recommend.
