Quaint house and staff were friendly.
Bathtubs were slippery and one of my friends fell in the bathtub and had to be taken to the emergency room.

The pool was great, this area was cleaned.
It is well located, walking distance of everything.
-the room was not clean: hair in the drain, shirt left from previous client.
-it is not sound proof, very noisy, you would hear the neighboor sneeze.
-the staff at check in were not forthcoming at all. They did not informed us about the possibility of breakfast, pool towel, the check out Time. Absolutely no information was shared with us. We booked this hôtel as it Is advertized to have à tour desk. This Is not accurate, no help, no support and no information was offered to us.
Be aware, we would not stay there again and do not recommend it.

I needed to stay here because I missed the last water taxi (5:30pm). It was very empty which allowed me an upgrade to a better 'view'. Walking distance to the water taxi.
The place was missing towels and had a large stain on the sheet. It was too late and the front desk worker had already left, otherwise I'm sure she would have rectified the situation. The 'ocean view' isn't seen from any room, just the terrace. Not much to do around the area or places to eat. This was purely out of convenience, and it served that purpose!

The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The personnel was really friendly. Official check in time is 2pm, I arrived around 11.30am and could check in right away, I really appreciated that.
There was construction work going on outside on my arrival day, which was pretty loud. The next morning there was a total black out in the city, which the hotel could not help, but the only compensation they offered was a very simple breakfast. The wifi was very slow. There were hardly any snacks to get at nighttime and no shops in the neighborhood. In general I thought the price was a little high for what I got.

The staff at reception and the cleaning staff were excellent. Very friendly, extremely helpful. Being so close to the water taxis was so convenient.
Have something to make coffee or tea in the room would be nice.

Location is not walkable after dark. No onsite breakfast available. Given a voucher to go across the street to an outdoor cafe at the Radisson

Room was clean, AC was great. Minor construction nearby, no fault to the hotel. I will definitely stay again. Beautiful hotel. The swing for pics was epic. Great views.

Just spent one night but the hotel and location were great, in the tourist area near everything you need, and across the street from the American nice business center hotel. The only issue is the hotel and rooms are upstairs with no elevator, but we managed the stairs just fine.

The old building is beautiful. The rooms are very traditional in interesting.
Don't get the room right in the lobby. It was noisy and you hear all conversations of checking in and out, which early morning was not appreciated. Plus if I can hear them I expect the could hear me.
Breakfast is not at the property. It's across the street at the Ramada.

I liked the overall old Caribbean style of the building and the front desk reception staff were very nice.
I did not receive the room I had requested. As well, information about the Inn said there was a restaurant onsite. There was no restaurant onsite. Also had problems with the air conditioner and overhead fan, although we did eventually get the fan working. The air conditioner needed to be serviced. It was so loud we could not keep in on for long.

The room was huge. Everything was clean. The veranda has a porch swing and tables, for mingling. A block from the water, and two or three blocks from the water taxi.
They are building next door, so it is noisy. That will be temporary, and is beyond their control. Seeing how fast the work is going is kind of entertaining.

Cute/simple hotel for an overnight stay to catch international flight next day.

The convenience and closeness to the water. Laundry service and friendliness of the staff. The breeze from the ocean.
The singing birds at night and early morning. No microwave and refrigerator in the room. The sheets and linens needing to be updated.

The hotel blamed booking.com.
Booking.com blamed the hotel.
Either way my reservation was not honored and I didn't get to stay there. I had to find other accommodations because they had no rooms available.
I'm still confused as to how I can book on Booking.com and both parties leave me holding the bag with no place to stay.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helped to arrange some laundry for us when we arrived. The hotel is also right next to a great little bar and restaurant and really close to the ferry terminal to get over to the islands. The tv also had Netflix which was a nice surprise after all our traveling!

The room was really good in many ways. All that I would expect for the price.
The walls are thin and the room we were in was directly off of the lobby. Directly. So it was weird to hear everyone come and go. Also, the on site facilities seem ti be rented offices. The only restaurant was under construction. So we spent most of our tim at the hotel across the street
