There was no breakfast.

It was hard to find, but fortunately, I had a photocopy of its map and its phone number. Also, it was fairly close to the metro.

amazing location, Tony at reception is great! helped me book a VERY early taxi and even came to my door when the taxi was 10 min early.

The sheets on the bed were inside out. A giant, half used bottle of shampoo was in the shower when I arrived, along with the squirt bottle of hand soap for the bathroom- made me wonder if they shower had been cleaned or not.

Great location near the historic sights and only a couple minutes' walk from the subway. The room was simple but nicely finished with new flooring and a mid-century vibe. The TV was a modern flatscreen. The individual at reception was always available and eager to help.

-The pillows smelled moldy -The listing said that they have breakfast but they don’t -The listing says they have an airport shuttle but they don’t. They just recommend airport shuttles, but anyone can do that. -The shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty and one of the towel brackets was broken. -One of the outlets in our room was broken. -The hotel is on a very busy street and it’s quite noisy.

The hotel was located in a great part of the city, with many restaurants and sites nearby. Yet, the street was also very quiet, so we slept well. The rooms and the property were simple, all of the essentials were provided and the place was very clean, which is all that we wanted. While we only met one member of staff, his service was exceptional; he was very kind and attentive, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in, explaining everything in Spanish and English (as the person with whom I was staying with didn’t speak Spanish). He also booked our transfer to the airport (which he found at a very good price), gave us information about the area and Santiago as a whole and gave us drinking glasses for the room when we asked. The hotel overall greatly served our needs for our night there, and because of the cleanliness of the place and the exceptional service from the staff, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

affordable, friendly staff, some rooms have adorable mini French balcony with green view towards the Lucia hill.

they have a curfew at 23- 23:30 can be noisy with the heavy traffic in the road

this is cozy and cute hotel in s very nice neighbourhood and the reception guy is super nice and accommodating!

The bathroom smells unpleasantly as most of the bathrooms do in this region but when you open the windows to bring in some fresh air, the street is so loud it wouldn’t let you sleep and when you close the windows there is no ventilation, no fan in the room!
