Possibility to check in earlier, good mattress, good location

A good location, but was pretty noisy in the evening.

We told them that we have a baby so we would like to have less noise room but it was pretty lout outside in the evening cuz this room was close to the street side. second of all is the bed is pretty annoying, baby always sleeps with us but she always fall into between two beds so we tried all kinds of way to make beds solid. Breakfast is not good. coffee is too cheap.

Large rooms with large windows. Spacious bathroom. Good location with everything you need within walking distance.

The furniture was already very worn, which I would never have expected given the price and the modern building. Unsealed drill holes in the walls are not appropriate. Lots of long hair on what should have been a fresh towel. The price-performance ratio is not in balance.

A nice and comfortable hotel. Loved the terrace in my room on the 5th floor. It is very clean. I stayed there before, several years ago, and it still looks new, it’s very well maintained.

Everything was fine.

The hotel it's in a very quite area and not far from the old part of the city. It's pretty easy to arrive from the Station walking or with the bus. My room was nice, comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I had a very good holiday in this hotel and i recommend it! Don't forget to go to the roof where there are tables where to drink something admiring sunset and the view of Heidelberg.

I didn't have any problem with the check-in but the desk office closes at 18, so if you arrive there you need to write an email and they will give you a code.

great location. walking distance to old town and the castle

good location, access to the garage very difficult (there are stairs) and complicated, access to accommodation difficult outside working hours. staff very responsive

Very clean and convenient location. Walkable to everything in the city.

I wish there had been a mini fridge and that the room could be cooled to lower than 19°c. It was pretty warm in our room at night.

Climate control did not function as expected. It felt especially stuffy at night.
