Great space. Very nice to have a whole apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated and easily the most comfortable bed. Beautiful building with a lot of character. Close to shopping and restaurants, walking distance to most attractions or very short walk to transport.

The only let down is the large pre-authorised deposit before you stay on top of accommodation payment. This can take weeks to come back. Check in is done by correspondence, which is ok, but a little extra hassle. Provided toiletries are adequate but could be nicer.

Beautiful apartment in a great location in Heidelberg!

Renters need to be aware this is an apartment and not a hotel. Our neighbors were throwing a party next door in the middle of the night and being really loud until late in the night (1 AM). Because its not a hotel there was no front desk to stop the noise. Frustrating the night before a flight.

the location is perfect. well stocked with everything including a washing machine and drier to do the laundry. parking is extra but worth it

historical building was very neat and well managed. I could see how seriously the management was running this accomodation, Free Laundry was provided. nobody would welcome you in person, but had a privacy.

a bit chill inside, of course you can adjust but it took some times to get warm.

Everything about this property is perfect - location, size, cleanliness and amenities. The owner is very helpful, and caring. The apartment is at a perfect location. It has a nice parking space, that is just along the house. The apartment is very spacious with beautiful design, fully equipped, it's extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean! Highly recommended!

Negative - We travel with a car and for us the parking is very important. We booked a parking space in Boardinghouse Luise 5 in advance. Тhe parking space is very nice, it is numbered and has inscriptions that it is in use by Boardinghouse Luise 5 .The problem is that even on the check in day we couldn't park on the spot number pointed for us by the owner because it was busy by some external car. Additionally one of the days we decided to go outside Heidelberg and when we returned all parking spots were occupated including our parking number which is not correct and gave us a bit of an unpleasant feeling and time spent to solving the problem.

Retry much everything. The apartment is spacious and very well presented. Our host was very communicative, making sure all went well. Location is very good and quiet, even though so close to the centre.

Next time I would prefer an apartment a floor higher up to have a little bit more privacy & a maybe better view

Noisy on a nighttime as there are offices nearby that are empty and kids congregate.

The location is very convenient, with supermarkets and stores nearby and the Altstadt in walking distance. The host was very responsive and available. The apartment itself has everything one can ask for and is very cozy and comfortable.

The apartment was really clean and the location is awesome. very close to the tram/bus station and at a walking distance from most of the tourist attractions.

Excellent location. Very quiet and safe for kids. Clean with everything you need. And Bettina was fantastic. When we got locked out she came to our rescue and was so kind and understanding.

Great downtown location. Fairly quiet considering. A 100 meters from public parking.

We have been traveling around Europe for almost a month and this place was our favorite place to stay. It was very clean and had a “homey” feeling. The bed was comfortable and even the pull out bed was comfortable. The lady that manages the apartment is really well organized. She had good communication. She also made a little booklet that gives you info on the rules/ regulations but also the history of the building and recommendations on where to eat. In the apartment you could find all the basics in the kitchen plus sugar and salt and little k-cups for coffee. It was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place. It’s also walking distance to public transportation and maybe approximately 15-20 min walking distance to the the old part of town.

This is an honest review but I couldn’t think of anything.

The apartment is in a beautiful building with massive windows that let in such a nice breeze and a lot of light. It was a lot of space for one person but I bought groceries and ate my meals there which was so relaxing and easy.

There could have been clearer instructions about the garbage, recycling and compost and an easy way to sort them before taking them out.

very good, comfortable apartments . washer and dryer was a huge asset in the middle of our 21 days vacations.

pillows were not good. There was a mannequin dressed in long dress and flower headband in a corner of a staircase. it was so creepy that we were scared of it . We did not have any interaction with the host at any point. We couldn’t get into apartments because we did not get any info about the door code.

Curtains were awful and allowed so much light in which would have affected my sleep had I not had a sleep mask. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Amazing location. Great place to explore the city from. Spacious apartment and kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Complimentary coffee capsules to help with making the morning coffee.

No elevator for the higher floor apartments
