Room was a bit more run down but tolerable

I requested to be in a room away from the elevator and they gave me the end room which was so peaceful anI d quiet. I also requested one extra pillow per bed which they did. Room was clean with a grandiose view of the city by the water. I appreciated the 6th floor lounge to view the city from above and just relax. I liked that they had inflatable waterslides to compensate for the broken waterslide. They had various activities for everyone. We signed up and rode the ATV which is fun. They are so wary of heat related injuries that they provided water bottles. The same thing at the pool They had a lot fo staff members to make sure we were safe. The hotel was huge with lots of areas to walk around in. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying and the dinner buffet was reasonably priced with excellent food choices.

Room towers were very thin. They need to be replaced with thicker ones. They looked like pool towels.

Modern and clean. Big rooms and friendly staff. The spa is very nice and relaxing.

Location. As nice as being on top of the hill and looking down is, you definitely should go here by car. Traveling around via busses feels restricting and in order to get the most of the area definitely car is the way to go.

The staff at Check In desk are amazing. Their service and efficiency made you feel comfortable. Also, the room (western style room) at New Phase Annex Building is large, clean and new. Beds are massive even it‘s single bed. Our room has 4 beds, two beds combined as a super large bed. Also, the onsen is great without additional charge, that part should be most of the people coming from. The view from my room also very nice!

omg the facilities at the Culture Center gave me a shock. The change room for the swimming pool like back in 80s, water sink broken, lockers are very old. I cannot believe what I have seen. Some parts are so rusty and fell off. You don‘t feel comfortable to stay their for longer than few mins. The water also closed until summer which that was what I came from. I wasn‘t aware of this timeline. Breakfast slot also very short, until only 9:30am…. (can‘t rmb). They dont have housekeeping every day but they‘ll place clean towels and water bottles at ur door. Location also soso.

Amazing view hot bath. Private hot bath is also available (charges applied) which is not common in Okinawa, and you could book the private hot bath in advance if you are hotel guest. Huge size of the hotel with a lot of facilities (indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, gym, sportsground etc).
