This is not my first time in Turkey, but I have never seen such unprofessionalism. Let me underline that I stayed at this hotel for business reasons and I have no idea how people can stay there for vacation. The hotel itself was ok and the breakfast was also good. But the problem is with the staff. - I ordered a transfer from the airport, they confirmed it, I arrived, but there was no transfer. I called the hotel, their answer was that they forgot about it -At first they gave me a room that was not cleaned and without towels, after my complaints they changed - Only 2 of the entire staff speak English, I used google translate to order coffee without sugar - Absolutely not customer-oriented: they bring to sign 3 checks for coffee (name, surname and signature) and so on for each order; you order a taxi for a certain time, you confirm it a second time, you arrive at the reception, and they didn’t even call a taxi. - Moreover, the beach of the hotel was very dirty, full of plastic bottles and trash (you can see pictures) In general, I do not recommend this hotel either for leisure or work, unless they are willing to spend money on staff training and beach maintenance

cleaners don’t clean the room daily , they didn’t change the bed sheets for 5 days , the hotel was empty and they clean the room until 5pm , breakfast was soo bad and the stuff were unprofessional

The location is very silent and good the building is new. Yiu can spend time in the beach.

Me and my friend had such a bad experience in this hotel. First all, majority of the staff couldn’t speak English. Second of all, house keeping would not clean our room every single day until we told them. House keeping should be cleaning the rooms every single day without a hitch. Location wise is the only thing that’s good about it but everything else about the hotel. Terrible. The wifi doesn’t even work unless you go down to the reception. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast was a good Turkish breakfast with fresh fruit and assortment if cheeses.

Charges were added for small things, electricity sporadic, wifi undependable, and staff spoke very little English ending up with many misunderstandings and being inaccurately charged.

The room was filthy, dust everywhere. Despite asking for it to be cleaned everyday it was never thorough. Linens and towels had stains and smells to them and the bathroom was never fully cleaned. Things in bathroom were not replaced and we had to keep reminding them for things. First night there was no electricity and when called and asked the reception had no reassuring answer for us just that it is what it is and no explanation. Second and fourth night had no water. Again no explanation from staff nobody on the property even speaks English and we had the phone shut in our faces a couple of times. Someone tried to walk into our room once and when we called the reception they didn't seem to care that someone else had a programmed key to our room and hung up on us. When we asked them to fix the lock they said okay and then never showed up. The noise in the hotel is unbelievable. The walls and doors and windows are paper thin and be prepared to be woken up multiple times throughout the night. Guests are constantly screaming and drunk roaming the halls whether it is 10pm or 4:30am. We called to complain that we were woken up by loud singing and clapping at the pool at 5 am one night and again, nothing was done. Again NOONE that works there speaks english. At breakfast be prepared to order things like water/coffee and then to never receive them. To top it all off on the day we were finally leaving, they lost our car key and didn't bother to look properly for 15 minutes until we caused a scene. Basically don't stay here, the only good thing about it is its location but it's dirty and loud and Noone understands you and there is no hospitality.

I read reviews about the poor WiFi but it was really worse than expected. sometimes it did not work even in the lobby. buy your eSim cards before arriving. the water pressure at night was also drastically different than the morning.

the room was not cleaned properly even when requesting the house keeping and reception staff multiple times to do so. the majority of the staff is not able to communicate in basic english.

no towels in bedroom as property ran out of supply. had to use pillow case. Wi Fi virtually non existant. breakfast no forks and knives. generally level of English poor. porter manhandled suitcase, pulling it across an uneven surface with water grate, where wheel got stuck and wheel came off and handle broke when it was yanked to free the stuck suitcase.

Nice pool and garden. Being in front of beach. The small balcony of the room. A short walk from the center.

Surprised by the charge of espresso and cappuccino for breakfast, at check out.
