+ terrace, swimming pool, garden + safe parking place + incredible clean rooms + good problem solving manager (she arrived late in the night to fix the problems with contactless check in)

- WiFi connection was poor and not working properly on all rooms - no shampoo (only soap) in bathroom and no fan heater - the doors between the rooms are opening from the draft, breaking privacy

We had a great stay: the staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and there was enough to do for the kids but also time and space to relax and the location is really good for going to the lake, visiting a town or taking a hike in the mountains. I would defiantly recommend, specially for a family with kids.

Facilities - pool was a good size and very clean, outdoor play equipment for kids, private gardens for the apartment was a nice bonus. Parking was handy. Complex felt very secure Apartment was clean and comfortable enough Location was good, close to Gravedona centre and lake including beach Service was good

Beds were a bit too firm but thats personal preference It would have been nice to have had easier waste disposal facilities, which required a bit of work in the morning of check out. This was fine to do but slightly impacted the overall experience. Wouldnt stop me from returning though

A great place for a family holiday. Spacious rooms and lovely pool area.

Everything was clean and pretty. We also had a lovely welcome gift. The place is amazingly good organized. From having a Massage or having a haircut. To ordering fresh meals from a nearby restaurant. This place haves something for everyone.

Fab apartment, great pool and secure parking on site. Quiet and really well equipped and maintained. It’s close to the town, tennis and sailing clubs and lake. There’s a great supermarket a 5 min walk away.

A minor irritation ... damage deposited was needed in cash, don’t take cards.
