Very good apartment with everithing you need

Neighbour has several dogs blarking all day long and also in the morning. Like 20m away. Very anoying.

The apartment was amazing with all facilities you need for short trip or longer journey stay,sparkling clean, with very fascinating views to the mountains one side and swimming pool ( which we indeed used even though it wasn't that warm outside ), also there is spa ' which we unfortunately did not had time to you , but maybe next time. The hostess is very lovely and helpful . Sad we stayed really short time , but deffo will come back.

Induction cooktop had a learning curve.

Everything, there was nothing not to like. The rooms were very clean and comfy and very spacious. The swimming pool was lovely too! The staff were great and only a message away! I would recommend to family and friends and I would love to stay again

The view was spectacular. The location is quite and bit away from the main areas but the flat was great, really clean, pool was great. We used it as a base whilst we explored Lake Como by car.

Lovely modern apartment with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. Nicely located walking distance from Colico town centre. The owner was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early.

Everything was perfect, the swimming pool is top.

The washing maschine wasn't in the apartment.

These incredibly clean, well equipped apartments deserve their rating. The staff were so friendly and helpful. In a wonderful location within easy walking distance to the lake. Would thoroughly recommend.

Some noisy barking dogs at times

very clean, spacious and modern pool was lovely and well kept amazing views from the apartment and from the roof terrace Manuela was really nice and helpful there was a barbecue too which was really handy large balcony with views of the lake bikes for guests to use were a great bonus, made a 30+ minute trip to the supermarket take around 10 minutes instead. Some also had a handy basket for bringing shopping back we were given a bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was nice

only 1 toilet roll is provided per bathroom, if you need more you have to buy it. Same goes for things like oil and washing up liquid, a small sachet is provided but you need to buy your own really.

We loved the place. So nice and clean apartment. The outdoor area is wonderful and the pool also.

Brand new modern apartment with stunnng views! The host and her father fetched/dropped us from/to the train station.

The property was spotless. super clean ! Very helpful host; lovely pool; well stocked and well looked after kitchen; views from the rooftop terrace are amazing.

Being in the end apartment; there were some dogs that would bark in the middle of the night that would wake us up. However good shutters to block most of the noise.

The host didn’t provide enough toilet paper. Also lack of kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, etc).

Nothing. all perfect

The location and the view are the best of this place. Located in a quite area with stunning views of the Como lake and the mountains. Take the breakfast everyday was a superb experience. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect, free parking, apartments well equipped, pool, excellent restaurants in the surroundings, efficient heating system, diligent and friendly staff.

Really nothing that isn't considered simply fussy...
