Only thing good was the location
There was rats bigger than cats walking around the lobby, rooms was very dirty the bathroom smelt like the sewers and staff are rude cleaners sat outside the rooms 7am talking very loud and never done any cleaning

Great location to Bangla Road, Jungceylon, Patong beach! (Some days a little noisy being at the front side of the building but we didn’t mind too much) Great staff- work fast to resolve any issues we had. Good cold air-con. Nice big shower.
Ants in our room. Bed & pillows a little too firm for us personally.

Very friendly staff and location amazing
Room had cockroachs (2) that I needed to kill. Bathroom / room smell like sewer as drains need cleaning. Hair found on floor. Would have checked out early, but it was hard to get money back so stayed

The rooms were cleaned well and we got given lots of toiletries which was cool
The breakfast was rubbish, not a buffet like the photos. All the trays were empty we got toast and then a badly cooked egg and cold hotdogs. Pretty rubbish. The pool was also unclean and the recommended laundry service stole a pair of my boyfriends shorts
