Wir hatten das große Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum See. Wenn man hier übernachtet, dann sollte man versuchen dieses Zimmer zu buchen. Mit dem Zimmer waren wir sehr zufrieden. Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr familiär geführtes Hotel. Kostenloser Parkplatz in Nähe. Netter Kellner (der reiferer Mann) und sehr nette Chefin. Bei dem Zwischenfall mit der Käseplatte kam man uns die Chefin großzügig entgegen und hat uns den Preis erlassen, obwohl ich es auch bezahlt hätte, da wir schon von der Platte etwas gegessen hatten. So etwas ist uns jedoch bis jetzt noch nie passiert und hatten danach auf Käse verzichten. Man nahm sich dem Vorfall sehr an, wie man aus dem Dialog in Küche vernahm. Täglich 2 Wasserflaschen erhalten. Reinigung vom Zimmer passte und war ordentlich bis auf das Fenster im Badezimmer, wo Spinnweben hingen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bestens geeignet. Nicht weit zu den zwei Bootsanleger und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lenno.

Spinnweben am Fenster im Badezimmer. Beim Abendbrot hatten wir einen ungebetenen lebendigen Gast im Käsebrett. Kein Aufzug und ein sehr enges Treppenhaus. Ein jüngerer Kellner im Team, hat bei den Bestellungen zum Frühstück gerne etwas vergessen oder verwechselt. Auch bei anderen Gästen. Fette Brotenden wurde geteilt und sollten zum Frühstück für zwei langen. So einen großen Mund hatten wir jedoch nicht. Ist uns zweimal vorgekommen. Ungebetener Gast im Badezimmer.

It’s clean, it has window with great view. The breakfast was top notch. I like how elegant and extravagant the breakfast was. I loved the breakfast so much.

Un peu éloigné malgré tout du centre et des embarcadères. (20 min a pied). Chambre et douche un peu étroites.

The atmosphere was great at Il Grifo, we only stayed one night but would’ve gladly spent more if we had the time. The room was a good size for our needs, really warm when we got there, which I liked, especially since we were walking around in the rain since the morning. In the morning we had breakfast served which was more than enough for the two of us and quite varied. We would absolutely come back if we’ll be in the area in the future.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The location was nice, just near the water where our dog could play.

The room was a bit small for our expectations. Upon arrival, we had difficulty finding a parking spot. The entrance area of the restaurant/hotel is a bit clattered.

Absolutely wonderful property. Lovely staff. Very hospitable. Incredible breakfast included.

The beds in the twin room were very hard and the pillows were very hard.

Beautiful hotel, great attention to the detail and lovely staff. The breakfast was very delicious and the location is amazing, just next to the lake.
