An exceptional hotel, by far the best I’ve stayed at in Chile. The hotel restaurant is also excellent the staff magnificent.

Very clean and comfortable. The space is beautiful and all of the rooms have motifs by an artist. The hotel restaurant is delicious.

I wish that coffee would have been available before 8:30 am to be enjoyed outdoors. I wish it was more clear about the jacuzzis only being available for rent and the cost at the time of booking.

Whirlpools only bookable half day. Water filled for every session, which results in a high price. Might not be necessary in the desert... Location a little bit expansive in relation to others.

A wonderful place, beautiffully restored and maintained, maybe even a little "too" beautiful, but has still kept a lot of its old charm and authenticity with the best of mordern comfort. Food was extremely good.

The window had only a small opening... I love windows with large opening... for the night breeze !

The old building was very well renovated. We had a room in the new building. The room was very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. The restaurant is excellent.

We found 50 000 Chilenan Pesos to use the Jacuzzi too expensive.

Beautiful private grounds and space. The owner, Diego is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and an excellent English speaker.

The place is lovely. They have a restaurant that has really nice food and pisco sours. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms were very nice for a cosy escape. The location is really good.

The bad features were no hot water for morning showers in one room (the issue was fixed around mid morning but it was too late as we were checking out that day). The breakfast options were rather scarce and so were the portions! The bill at the check out didn´t match the cost reflected by Booking.com (this was also fixed as they reduced part of the price to match the receipt by Booking.com). This made check out rather timely as the amounts on the bill didn´t match and there were costs that we found rather strange such as tipping for a breakfast that is included in the price and all services had been merged into a grand sum. At check in, we lost quite a bit of time as both rooms had their TV´s reset and had to be tuned again. Remember their is quite a high amount of extra tax to pay for this location when you stay.

Everybody was really friendly and helpful - the hotel itself is a really beautiful and quiet building with a nice patio.

It was the most expensive room we booked on the whole trip - so we were pretty disappointed to realize, that our room had no window, that could be opened. For fresh air, we had to open the door - but that meant that everybody who was eating or drinking in the hotels restaurant looked directly into our bedroom! So even at night, we had no fresh air in the room. :-(
